Hilariously I came up with the same idea independently today. But I braced my ankles in place so I could use weights in my hands. Also added padding for more comfort
Yeah, if you bent the knee to take a bit of the stretch out the hamstring and keep a more rounded spine to stop the spinal erectors working you could get a bit more glute
is this the frontflip machine?

Good work, yeha the feet need to be blocked in and the pads needs a big pad on it, especially if you are loading it
Nice one, exactly what I was looking for 👌🏼👍🏼
You will probably need to put weight plates or heavy DB’s down to block your feet. Depending on the angle you work at and the floor in your gym
@@andyvincentpt ok thanks, will give it a go. My gym doesn't have a back extension bench so I need an alternative.
One less machine I gotta buy! Thanks
Could this be used for glutes too?

Thanks bro. Really good little hack.
Thank you!!! Works great for me
Thank you❤️
This works just get a dumbbell and put your heel on it but before using weights please do it without to get your form right
Full range of motion is pretty much impossible unless you buy a machine... damn
Lots of people wanting to use the barbell for bench press giving me the angry looks. Gave them the f off look
ha ha...
Nope, not comfortable!
