New 2023? It looks the same inside and out when this model was released in 2014! Still has the aging gauge cluster, aging infotainment system, very poor camera resolution and a foot brake! It’s no wonder Nissan/Infiniti continues to lose market share to their competitors. And did you say “legroom is solid? Your knees were completely up against the back of the front seat and your feet couldn’t fit underneath! You need to be more honest Ben. It’s definitely not worth $62,500.

I owned the 2018 Red Sport AWD and now the 2021 Red Sport AWD with cold air intakes, catback exhaust, and heat exchanger, and nothing in it's class and a few ahead of it's class can compete with it. A fully modded Q50 is almost untouchable. The only thing that changed was apple car play and minor front design. Although I love my Q, I wish Infiniti would add more features with each release and enhance the design to differentiate between the years. Still do not have air cooled seats or heated/cooled rear seats. That should be standard on a 65k vehicle. I am still loyalthough.

The Q50 is a solid car and value for money if bought Slightly used with low miles and a warranty, I have a 2017 Sport model with a jb4 and over 100k highway miles that I daily to work and I very much enjoy the driving experience, no major mechanical issues everything all original. It is very sad though to see the same car year after year with very few updates, it is time for Nissan/Infiniti to step things up and deliver a fresh platform that can truly compete with the other top 3 brands in the segment. One thing I must add is safety wise too they are pretty decent I have seen major crashes with that nobody was expected to survive and driver literally walks away or has survivable injuries.

I think the styling outside still looks amazing, but the interior is definitely way too dated to be used today. Now I actually don’t think this interior is terrible, it’s actually nice looking, but definitely when you use the same interior for almost 10 years, you know that Infiniti is definitely not giving this car the love that it needs. Also that 7-speed automatic is getting a bit too old too. Best thing is that 3.0L twin turbo V6, I mean 400 HP, what’s not to love? Such a ballsy engine that has a lotta character.

Just got another new Red Sport. The day I got it I actually went and test drove a 2024 M340, again, before I did the deal. BMW stickered for $67k and proposed sale price was $62k. 7500 mile lease was almost $1050 a month. Seemed like a lot to me for what the car is. Should have be $800-$900 ish. The tech is cool, but I wish it had the normal touch buttons. When I was driving it around it felt like it was dragging. When I let off the gas it felt like it braking. Definitely a different feeling if it's normal. Not sure, as I've never owned an M340. Most other cars I've driven like Infiniti, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, etc. roll with less resistance when you're not on the throttle. Wasn't sold on the car. I can afford the BMW, but I didn't think it was worth $5k more a year (or $15k more over 3 years) to lease it. I was also looking at the TLX-S, but it's a tad too slow, and I wanted the twin turbo Infiniti. Wasn't sold on the AMG C43 either. Maybe I'll revisit the BMW in 3 years. The Infiniti drives nice, and rolls nice, and is plenty fast. The BMW is a tad faster than the Q, but it does have a nicer transmission. I like the 2 screens in the Infiniti. Much easier to operate and switch around. I also think the Infiniti is roomier on the inside, which is important to me. It's fast and fun to drive. I get compliments on it all the time too. The RS and the M340 are both beautiful cars. Infiniti would be killin it if their tech was more like BMW's, but not everyone wants a touch screen for everything.

the interior has not changed in years. so not sure why you act like it's all new. to be honest not much has changed about the car except infiniti did the worst thing they could have done and took the 3.7 liter out of the Q50. my 2015 3.7 liter smoked any stock red sport i ever was next to. i would dig them off the line and it was over from that point. Mic Drop!!! (AND YES MY WAS STOCK AS WELL)

Out of date gauge cluster and a really crappy infotainment system....possible now the worst of all the newer sedans like the BMW 3 or 4 door 4 series. No one pays MSRP for these unfortunately.

just test drove a 2019 Q50S because some meth head slammed his Hyundai into my parked G37S totaling it. No doubt a nice car, but not so impressed, turbo HP and normally aspirated HP are like apples and oranges and this thing did not feel much faster than my G37, you really had to wring it out to get those 400 horses. And also, the Q50 sound system was shit compared to the Bose in my G37 which is decent at best.

In my opinion 62k for this? 🤣🤣🤣 Nissan is wild af in 2023. Barely updating anything in the car just like the new gt-r but asking top dollar. This can literally has nothing special about it for being a red sport 400.. not even a badge. The red break calipers are a nice touch but it definitely needed more. I won’t even start on the interior for that price, this is crazy. Buy a used 2018 Audi, not much band new worth the crazy mark ups currently

I’ve had both Infiniti and BMW and I believe Infiniti is more reliable. You just get more features, better handling and a better infotainment OS with a BMW. If Infiniti would put some effort into their OS I would probably get another one.

STILL a head turner and decently updated. Interior/software needs the most updating and some evolutionary exterior refreshing would be nice. No real need to completely reimagine it. All BMW cars and the Lexus IS still look the same as 10 years ago with obvious refreshing.
