You should have been here this morning, they were great 👍. She cooked them inside on a small electric griddle. 😀. I showed her your post, she smiled. Have a wonderful weekend 😀.
Thanks for the video, hard to find much info on this model. Just curious, have you done a bread test on it? What surface temp do you get with all burners on low?
I haven't done a bread test? I would be glad to test low burner temperature for you. Right now my backyard is in disarray due to house painting. Thank you for watching and commenting. Have a great weekend.
Hello sir, I see I have come across someone that seems to be as picky as me. Great videos btw but I'm up in the air trying to decide between the Members Mark griddle, the Even Embers and the Blue Rhino which I was all set snatching up the Blue Rhino Razor today from Lowes for 249 but the price3 changed when I tried to chk out so now I'm trying to figure which one. Just wondering how happy you are with it and whats the max temp that you were able to get this griddle up to? Anything you're unhappy about? Thanks for any input. Keep up the great vids!
Thank you for the kind words. I am very happy with the griddle. No complaints 👌 . Hope that helps. Please let us know what you end up with. Have a wonderful weekend.
I ordered the same griddle recently, and I’m looking forward to delivery. Great looking breakfast! The circular bread - can you give me the spelling of the name please? I’d like to look up a recipe and try making it. Thanks.
Hello Sherry, I would be glad to. My wife uses GOYA or PAN Masarepa (pre-cooked yellow corn Meal). The name of the circular bread is " Colombian AREPAS". The recipe is on the back of the bag...this is it " In medium bowel, stir together corn meal and salt. Add lukewarm water. Stir until combined: let sit 5 minutes. Using wet hands, knead dough until smooth". You can add cheese, cream cheese or any type cheese you like. You will find this corn meal in the hispanic section, or latino supermarket. I searched and found this link. It is similar to ours. Hope this helps. th-cam.com/video/a03GYolOT_E/w-d-xo.html
@@htnowpro, thanks very much! I’ll have to try making them. They remind me a little of the southern corn pones that my mom pan fried in bacon grease, except those didn’t have cheese.
Comparing all the griddle options out there and came across these today. Would you be able to tell me how hot the griddle gets when all 4 burners on their lowest settings? Also does this have or come with wind screens? Here in WV the wind wild through our community on a daily basis. Thanks for the videos!
You had great timing. Today, I am re- seasoning the griddle. It gets over 450 and actually over limits my digital infrared thermometer... today on high for seasoning. As to your question about wind guards. When the top is open and pointed towards the wind, it will block somewhat. The bottom sides of the griddle come down about 1 inch and also do some blocking. I'm in a secluded corner of the patio blocked from most wind. I would think the wind will cause issues. I don't put the lid down when using. Thank you for watching and commenting. You are very welcome. Have a great weekend. I am really like this griddle. Just my thoughts. I am not an expert.
I know the question has already been answered but I just did a cook this weekend and also experienced temps around 450 on low. I actually wish the low temps were lower than that though. Also it does have 5 burners, not 4.
How about maybe turning off 1 or 2 of the burners to get a cooler cooking area? Might help? I'm thinking about getting one of these and I too, would definitely want cooler spots while cooking. Especially eggs.@@octechperson
I am very pleased with the purchase. It works great and looks great. I especially like having a full hard lid to close and keep the griddle top clean. Thank you for watching and commenting 🙂. Have a wonderful week ahead.
Hello Bradley, we have really been enjoying the griddle. So much so, that we even went out on a very chilling morning to cook breakfast on it. Clean up is easy. It heats up quickly and cooks great. We are very pleased with the purchase. Thank you for watching and commenting 🙂. Have a great weekend. If you have any other questions let me know and I will try to answer them.
Make sure the tank is turned on. When you first turn push in and turn the burner, it causes a spark for ignition. I don't have the owners manual in front of me. Be sure to follow all the safety instructions 😀. It should start.
Man, Can I come to your place for breakfast? I love arepas

Picking this up tomorrow afternoon. Any regrets so far before I do? Thanks!

@@htnowpro The battery button thing, Do I push that while turning the knob to spark?
Page ten of the owners manual. Google it. It won't let me copy and paste.
