I love writing with colored pens too, I keep several books like yours for my day job, my crafting and my personal journal so having some color does make it a lot more fun! Thx for sharing these, I'll need to check them out!

@@marypolancodesigns hee hee lol! I hear ya... it reminds me of the days in school where we used highlighters in our text books, did you do that as well? I even did that with my Bible, and used different highlight colors in too, my books/bibles ended up looking like a rainbow! LOL
I got to say I don't use them much but I am really impressed with those gel pens. And with your little one he sounded quite Young, and had the perfect answer when he said that he didn't know which one you were talking about and you asked him how he knew he hadn't taken them perfect answer I loved it. Sounds innocent to me. 😊

OK Mary. I can justify any purchase, right? I say the gel pens would be fun to have for SIGNING/writing short messages with signature in our greeting cards! :) I do love writing with gel pens in general. Thanks for another informative video.

I love your reviews. I am a total pen snob. I have found I prefer the Flair style tip for writing in my planner or for something fun. But doing work I like a bold ball point. I can see these being good to get into small spaces when your bullet tip won’t fill in all the spots.

I love office supplies! I almost want to go back to school so I can buy them. My only problem with the fineliner pens was the barrel. It wasn't comfortable for me to hold. I gave them to my nephew who really likes to draw and he really likes them. He is not the pen snob that I am. I will definitely get the gel pens.

You reminded me of a job I once worked at they only liked black ink. I had to tell them the black ink doesnt make me happy they allowed me to use blue lol. I love Arteza quality and price point. Another great video.👍

I have the fine liners and use then to finish coloring, giving highlights in all the books and crannies. They are also water soluble. Great addition to art supplies.

Oh thank you so much Cheri! That makes me so happy. I so appreciate you! No, these gel pens are not sparkly although they do have some they are supposed to send me soon. THAT will be a true test! lol
I may be completely wrong here, but the Inkonic seem to have a felt tip and maybe that's why they're smoother. The Twimarker looks like a ball point.
You may absolutely be right!! There is a distinct difference
I got the Inkonic pens to get into the small places my Everblend markers were too big to color. I find the 120 tin that the markers come in to be big and not used friendly to my work space. I just order a case from Amazon. Fun fact....Arteza's first product in 2016 was their gel pens.

I love markers and pens! I really like the review on these. The Twi markers seem cool to. Loved the water color look of those. I might have to think about some down the road!

yes they are like Stabillo's. They do have a bit of repitition on them. Not convinced one needs this big a set.

Good review. The inkonic pens look like they would be great for filling in “nooks and crannies” (as Kathy Racusin would say) on colored images, either with alcohol or water based markers or even water colored images. May give those a try.

I wish I would have watched this literally yesterday. I just bought the fine liners in hopes to color. I bought one of their mandala coloring books. I hope those lines are small enough.

maybe stupid 🙈 Q: what the different between alcoholic and water\ ink?
Thank you so much for such a kind compliment. So alcohol based markers have isopropol alcohol as the mixitive for the ink where as water based are water. They work differently on your projects. That's an amateur description so see if you can find a good TH-cam video to help explain it better.

yes i know that, but i don't know why they care if it water or alcohol based when they use it in card coloring\projects ...etc
i'll search more and find why ..
but as far as i know it's because the alcohol have more pigment (and they -water & alcohol- totally gives different effects) 🤷🏼♀️

Was very disappointed in arteza. They don’t stand by there products, my real brush markers are drying up after only 3 months. I contacted arteza and I have got no response back from them.
