Its so sad to see these awesome tutorials get only small amounts of views. Davinci resolve is at least on the same level as premiere/after effects bit a lot of people just dont use because they are used to ae or premiere
Been watching for a while, you have been helping me make my editing go to the next level, and even now, I fully understand Davinic and think I don't need a tut. Your always here to help. Much love; you deserve so much more subscribers.
Thank you so much for making this video! It opens up so many new doors for me being creative as a photographer and breathing life into my pictures. Thanks man
That's really cool. Thanks for showing us how you do it bro! I learned a few other tricks along the way, like oscillators for x/y positioning. Way cool effect to stills.
Great idea man! BTW, do you have any course explaining most of the widely used nodes with examples? Or a fusion composition course begginer to advanced?
Thanks for checking out the video. I don't have any such video or course at the moment but it is definitely a great idea to show the most commonly used nodes in Fusion.
If I have a photo of a man sitting at home with a window showing rockets being fired, how can I edit it? I want to mask the windows and add VFX effects to make it look like the rockets are actually launching. I'm looking to animate parts of a still image, adding special effects in certain areas. This is similar to what the Pika AI generator does, turning static pictures into animations.
You'll need a separate image of a rocket and smoke trail as a transparent background. Then animate the rockets position and rotation property. For smoke add a displacement and fast noise effect to make it appear as if it is moving.
Please put the keyword "parallax" somehow in your description, I was searching for that tutorial for sooo long and I stumble on this video by accident.
After you rename the items it is unclear how you get up the next menu to search for the displace, all I see is you clicking on the page background, I cannot find how to get that menu could you help please?
Thanks. Being a complete noob with Davinci, fusion is a bit confusing. Especially when you are attempting something complex. I want to do a pan and zoom of a photo, and have it animate as you did in this tutorial while it is zooming. But that's only part of what I am doing here. I took an old black and white photo, upscaled colorized, and AI enhanced the faces. I'm having the original photo slide in from the side, do a transition that makes it look like the black and white morphs into the enhanced version, then zoom in on the faces. I was hoping to add a bit of motion with what you showed in your video. And then have the photo slide out. Then rinse and repeat the process another 400+ times for the entire video. I've got most of this process figured out, just this last touch is being difficult.
Hello Dear friend. I am extremely grateful to you for your awesome videos on Davinci. You perhaps has no idea how much it helps. Recently I have uploaded a video of Magadan City - Russia's most isolated city. In which I used the paper cut tutorial you did with Elon Musk's photo. Immensely Grateful to you and request you kindly keep making these tutorials.

Very nice, thank you!

But i could just use the depth map filer if i have the studio version right :)
Great Tutorial.
Yes
Great video, but the link is down. Are there any other good online depth map generators? Does a Depth Map have to be a PNG?
Yes there are. Just search on google. Depth map can be JPEG as well
hey man could you do more of maps or bar graph animations, thank you
Yes. I will.
Great idea man!

my depth map keeps going completely black and I'm left having to fidget with the view before I can do this again. Any fixes?
hmm...not sure what the problem is...try restarting?

Is this a studio only feature. Can't seem to find the displace tool in the free version.
It is in the free version
@@MotionEpic Sweet, now I just need to figure out where that tool is.

thank you, man.. you saved me! hahaha...
Glad to hear that!
My image doesn't move :/ I have everything exactly like you.
Is there a way to do this in the free version? I tried your tutorial but they want me to 300 USD which I thought this was free
I think you've downloaded the studio version. Download the free version.
I followed every step...but when I go to move image with the crosshairs, it doesn't move🤦🏾♂️ Help please! Thanks
Make sure you're looking at the correct node in the preview window. It should say MediOut at the top (just above the preview).
@@MotionEpic thanks for getting back to me.
