It's a tourist railroad. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Mountaineer Locomotive is an ex-CN GMD GP40-2LW. Only the Canadian versions of the wide cab featured on Geeps and SDs have the four(sometimes 3) piece window.

I've always seen them with either a santa fe or BNSF locomotive, or just sitting in the yard! 2:22 nice catch of 7 UP engines at the front! 2:23 that's the most log cars I've seen being pulled by a diesel! 7:59 nice catch of a BN SD60M leading! I like its horn! 9:04 that's quite a lot of single stack containers in double stack cars! Those containers all look unusual! 9:39 that's quite a short train! a few minutes ago, you showed us a Sounder train with 7 cars! 10:12 what type of horn is that? It seems odd that a 1990s (or later) locomotive would have that horn! 10:37 nice catch of a C40-8W in new paint! 11:34 that's how I'm used to seeing BN power- paired with an ATSF loco! Also so great that you'd found so many locations to film not near to level crossings - it was nice to be able to hear the locomotives without horns or crossing bells. Personally I would have liked to see the whole train on slightly more occasions; also it would be nice if you could add a small caption stating where and when you were filming - ie Everett WA, June 5th 2017 - just subtle and in one corner.

In the ancient world, the same type of yellow train called the Sunbeam passed through my small burg back and forth from Dallas to Houston.
No, they don't. If you see a locomotive in Burlington Northern's Cascade Green paint still hauling freight, then it is actually operated by the BNSF Railway. Some BNSF locomotives formerly owned by the Burlington Northern, as well as the Santa Fe Railway, still wear their former owners's paint because it takes a lot of time, money, paint and painters to repaint every locomotive operated by not one, but TWO large railroads, into BNSF's paint scheme.
Awesome video! The Columbia River Gorge has some really nice places such as Horsethief Lake State Park in Washington where trains are visible for miles.

Of all the regions in the United States, the Pacific Coast is one that I truly want to go sometime in my life. As a nature and cultural enthusiast (I'm an East Asian- China, Korea, Japan- enthusiast, since they're located just on the other side of the Pacific Ocean) states that border the Pacific Ocean (Or surrounded by it: Hawaii), the most massive, and majestic body of water on Earth, are places that I absolutely dream of traveling to. The Pacific Northwest, in particular, has some of the most majestic landscapes in the country. Vast mountains, pristine forests, and majestic coastlines. I hope to come here someday.
I just came back from a Rocky Mountaineer trip. Best trip ever and I loved it! Now that’s coming from a 12 year old. I recommend it and it is totally worth it.

@Wilfstor It's a K5CA-LS, which are mandated on passenger locomotives in Canada. However, all but 3 MP40s were bought by GO, so they have K5CAs.

11:31 Yep, Amtrak 467 derailed in July 2nd at steliacoom, because this locomotive has heavy maintenance for Beach Grove In.

In the northwest, BNSF should have all units in BN green. It just fits the region so well.
