I don’t think I’ve seen a more comprehensive pristine collection by a manufacturer outside of the Toyota Museum in Nagoya Japan. That is arguably better than Mazda has been able to achieve in Hiroshima and I’ve been to both in Nagoya and Fuchu, Simply incredible.
How damn good is that museum? Widely regarded as one of the best in the world. I had half a day which wasn't enough (spent the other half of the day at the other Toyota Museum in Nagoya)., it's a life goal to return there with two days to spend and speak to the curators to see if they'll let me out to the storage area. They often do let people out there but you need to speak to the right people apparently, and it has a lot of the stuff I really wanted to see like the Toyota F1 and Group B rally cars, 3KR engine and a bunch of modified Bosozoku cars).
