Don't they realize how rude commenting on someone's appearance is, even indirectly? Unless you tell them you have psoriasis and ask, they shouldn't be commenting on your psoriasis AT ALL even if it IS visible??! Your skin isn't their business unless you ask...

Pardon me, but, a word of advice?
If you put a comma after, "Amount of people," and another comma after, "Have it," you don't need parentheses. If, in fact, you still want parentheses, you still need commas. "Whom offer advice," is more proper than, "That offer advice."
I have absolutely no idea why anybody would give unsolicited advice! My deepest sympathies lie with you.

I remember so much 'advice' when my children were small. One supermarket trip I'll not forget when my son was having a proper tantrum ... one woman said I should beat him, another gasped in horror for me speaking firmly to him .... then (same supermarket, same son) couple of years later, son was prone to nose bleeds and had quite a bleed in the middle of an aisle; I was prepared with kitchen towels/tissue ... so many people surrounded me telling me how to pinch his nose, have his head forward, head back, what he should eat & shove up his nose, what he might have wrong with him etc!
