Just wanted to add this quote from Marcus Aurelius and the philosophy of stoicism, “You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”
most of us won't like what you told, since these days people love listening to sugar coated stuffs. And I agree with you in another level. This evening I am so fucking tired of my vicious cycle of building me and breaking again. I feel like sinking ship in middle of a deep ocean and unable to back up and sail on my own. My parents are my jewels and I've let them down so much, just because I listened to my passive thoughts and didn't acted upon them on time. Even God gave me chances but I didn't utilized it. And all I do is cry upon my past actions now. Because I can't get back what I've lost. In the last moment I've tried my best but couldn't succeed. I am sorry mom and dad and to my dear ones whom I've let down again and again.
I cannot believe how wise you are at such a young age. I'm male, 60, and what you've described is 100% relatable to my current situation. You are 100% on the money and I've got to save myself. I am soooooo in awe at your wisdom I am literally speechless. I am also incredibly grateful to the Universe/guidance for connecting us so that I am a subscriber to your channel, listening to your sage advice. I am literally broke, but from broken-ness, I can grow, succeed and conquer my issues (your other videos I'm sure will help me enormously). Thank you and God bless you! :)
I've come to realize that your positive cycles are just as much as a mental block as your negative ones...your just pushing yourself until you break. Its not that healthy. You need to talk to other people, you need love. Just be thankful for what you have, and if your a good person things will slowly get better over time...
This cycle of "self-sabotage" can often stem from trauma in your past. It stems from a deep subconscious feeling of "I'm not worthy" or "I am not enough." I like your segment on combating the self-sabotaging thoughts head on, but I feel like you say to repress these thoughts rather than combat them. Understand why your self-destructing habits come up and PROCESS them not REPRESS them. Repression does not get rid of these thoughts, it just pushes them into a subconscious part of your mind. They will keep manifesting in different ways (such as relationships or feeling like you don't deserve the new job you have) until you combat them. Forgive those who told you "you are not enough" through their actions or words. Only then can you let go. Understand that you are worthy of a good life. You are enough. You are worthy of love. If you love yourself, then these maladaptive thoughts become obvious. They come up and you see them for what they are, lies from people who wronged you. Lies from people who were wronged themselves. Whether it's a narcissistic parent, abusive ex, etc. I could go on and on about how these feelings of worthlessness stem up, but if this next part resonates with you, please dig deeper. When life is comfortable, I am uncomfortable. When I am succeeding, my mind yearns for failure often disguised as a reward. This might be hard for a male audience to hear but finding a good therapist who can make these subconscious actions conscious will tremendously help your journey towards lasting success. Hell, watching this video is low-key a therapy session. I see people in the comments saying "oh my god I didn't realize these maladaptive behaviors I do until this video" but I wouldn't be surprised if those same people have a negative view of therapy. Please go to therapy. That's literally what therapy is. It's essentially this video, but catered exactly to you. Do your community a favor. Do your wife/future wife a favor. Do your friends and family a favor. If you want to be a true man, strive towards self-actualization and control. Contrary to societal beliefs, going to therapy as a man is probably the manliest thing you can do. It's allowing yourself to be vulnerable, it's desiring to be a better person. It allows you to be a strong leader with a soft heart. The epitome of a true man. Looking back, I wrote a full on essay, but I feel people out there really need to hear this.
Great comment man, for every outer problem there is a deep inner cause. Getting to know yourself and processing your inner issues are fundamental parts of moving forward in life. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment.
@@03giacomo Thanks man! I really appreciate what you are trying to do, but I feel that teaching repression will just continue the cycle. It's ignoring the cause. If a child is crying and you tell them to "man up" and stop crying, they will do it. But the reason the kid was crying will persist and manifest in ugly ways. It's not fixing the problem, it's ignoring it. I worry some of your audience will watch this and do great for a while, but eventually come right back to the cycle and become a little more hopeless. Everything else that was said is 10/10. It's the "push those thoughts down" part that is harmful.
@@Ok-if4ve Take that new introspection and journal it. Write down how you're feeling right now in the moment, how you're feeling in general, and how you're feeling about your life, no matter how depressing, sadistic, unrealistic. Write down EVERYTHING you can. Remember that you can feel a lot of emotions about one thing. The most important part is to ALLOW yourself to feel. You will discover things about yourself you had no idea existed. Please do this or whatever you think will help you. I don't know who you are, but I know you're a human being who struggles. I want you do to better. If you don't want to, just grab a pen and paper and write that you don't want to journal because ____.
@@Buttermi1kJesus I will journal like that tonight. I've been journaling for a couple months now but I haven't written down as deep things as you suggest. How have you learnt all of this? Do you have book and/or youtube channel/video recommendations?
Staying consistent is not about not falling down, it’s about when you fall you choose the way you get back up. Staying consistent is where you get back up and make the best out of the situation.
I've been thinking about this concept of Cycles for years and was only able to 'catch' them after I started to track my habits and mood swings with an app and a journal
I really needed this articulated for me, I’ve been on up and down cycles as I’ve been improving my life and I now realize me eating that box of donuts because I worked hard that day makes me feel it’s okay to just cheat my diet and myself and my goals, it affects my mindset with everything and causes my bad habits to spiral back into action again, even from just a small lack of discipline. Thank you for this video
I thought I was fucking crazy experiencing these “ups and downs” cycles. For me it’s female atttention. When I get less attention from women, my confidence starts to go down, my social skills suffer, I notice I tend to jerk off more, I start to care less about working out, won’t care as much about my hygiene, I’m on autopilot with shitty posture at work… it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy in that way. But when I get attention either from attractive women or specifically the woman I like, I feel unstoppable. Flirting is on point, confidence is beaming, I actually speak from my chest, I can hold eye contact easier, hygiene becomes a routine that I don’t even have to think about, Posture is an exact reflection of how I feel, and I find I beat my meat less. I just found myself constantly chasing that high. The upper part of the cycle where everything is at its highest point without even realizing that of course there would be a low afterwards if everything has an equal and opposite reaction. So if I just focus on one the best I can, like let’s say working out or hygiene, then I’ll no longer be tying my confidence or self-worth or whatever you want to call it to outside sources since I control how confident I am and ideally won’t have these “lows” anymore. AND in that way, I also control how much attention I get based off of my confidence level and vibe that I’m giving off. That’s kinda wild.
Sounds like it could work man, if it doesn't right away, keep learning - everyone's cycles are different. When you start to feel less confident, realize there is a root cause of it that can be figured out, and don't take it too seriously since you know it's just a cycle and you shouldn't actually be feeling worse about yourself. Learn to understand your cycles as best as you can so you can both prevent them, and deal with them if they eventually return (which is probable).
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO. I have been struggling loads with my body image and I’ve been finding it hard to stay consistent with my fitness and healthy eating, but this video gave me the pep talk I really needed. I have been in the cycle for 2 years now and I’ve had enough. With this new information, I now know what I need to do to break these cycles. Thank you and stay safe everyone!! :)
I'm a black man from a low income neighborhood in the US and this video is straight facts! 03Giacomo just exposed me in a profound way and I'm grateful. I'll have to rewatch this video several times.
this got to me at the right time. i was at a all time high everyday. room was cleaned, meditations were perfect, wrote to myself everynight.. then my room got messy, sleep got worse, attitude started coming back. i was so confused.. this helped me so much. i gotta get back on track thank you for this video.
2:00 bro saying my exact circumstances expect I just cleaned my room today after 3 weeks of being messy and cleared some my files but I got videos to edit in my 3rd channel and my messy room made me not be able to focus on it since i been playing roblox
"now this may offend some people but I don't care" bro i laughed so hard and automatically subscribed you have some really good advice keep it up it will change people!
Unexpectedly, this was one of the most concise, direct messages I've seen on this topic. You condensed a lot of information I've picked up and explained it in a logical way. Well done. Unfortunately, most people stumbling across this won't appreciate the full wisdom or value of it. But those of us who know, know.
I am really hoping your channel blows up bro. You really make me stop and think about my life, you're really helping me change for the better. Thanks man
For the people saying this video saved them, no it did not. It motivated you and opened your eyes however don't let this temporary motivation go to waste. The only one who can help you is your own self. Thanks for this awesome video
This Channel is actually going to blow up very soon. Good work Giacomo, this rivals the top channels for self-improving like top g, jordan peterson etc. no joke this channel is so underrated.
consistency is something i’m been struggling with for years and this is actually great advice and the first time i’ve heard it. saved this so i can watch it daily.
This is easier said than done. At the end of the day you can do everything right. Its about what you do tomorrow, can you fight the good fight every single day.
What you described is exactly what I am going through. And I never understood what's happening to me, I always thought there must me something wrong because I can't stay consistent and seeing people on social media improving themselves made me feel bad about myself. I am glad I came across your video because it really opened my eyes, and I hope you keep creating a great content like that and keep helping people.
I'm glad I could help you Tasnim. Don't compare yourself with people online too much - they only show you the good side of their lives, everyone has ups and downs.
@@03giacomo I am hoping if you could make another video about how to break out of these cycles but in more details? Especially for the indulging and the thoughts part? I would appreciate it.
@@tasd0 I plan to make a video on beating addictions soon, that will include taking control of your thoughts and things along those lines. Those topics are closely related.
Thank you so much for this video, I have been struggling to get out of a porn addiction and I’ve felt so helpless and alone, not knowing how to escape. This video has shown me how to take my addiction head on and conquer it. So thank you, I will always come back to this video when I can feel temptation starting.
Awesome man, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Watch my addictions video, its raw but its the way I overcame the exact same thing, going to make a more in depth video on addictions in the future. Thanks for watching man.
Bro, hands down you are an angel sent by universe. I wish i would pay you a million bucks one day. Today i pray that you get blessed by universe. You are solving problems of people. Thank you from the core of heart.
i face the same problem, i try to stay consistent and then one of these hits me - overthinking, negative thinking, depression, overwhelmed, etc. It takes me about 3-4 days to get back on track. Recently, I was finally about to quit cuz of being overwhelmed but i got back up. Hate this cycle, but can't do nothing. 😥
You have to recognize when the negative cycle is about to return and catch yourself before it does, you can fix it, it just takes time to learn from your mistakes
It’s crazy how this video has such low views, tons of people need to watch this, this is the video that has motivated me the most to make a change in my life, starting today I would always get in the gym, trying to be consistent, trying to eat healthy and loose weight, but a week after, I would quit, saying I’m not capable of making the change, eating trashy food again and then, months after, same thing Also money wise, I have been really irresponsible, I would be in debt with my credit cards, and still spend more an more money, in such silly things, mostly food. I’m making the change this time, I know I got this, I know I will succeed, because if i’m in this spot, it’s completely because of the decisions i’ve taken. Thank you for the video, much love.
Stay together kings. All for one, one for all. Same with habits. United we stand, divided we fall. Yo you are so f**king well spoken. Exceptional video!
It feels like when I fall back down I end up doing the extreme negatives like binging. This absolutely blows my mind and I’ve been working on how to get around that for some time.
This was the perfect time for me to find this video. Since the start of 2023 I have been relapsing on No Fap, my sleep shecdule and working out. Then procrastinating on school work. I have a week or two weeks at most of success then I am back to square one never getting much momentum. This video has really highlighted what I have been doing wrong and I will see to fixing them today. Thank you so much for this useful information.
This man perfectly described my situation and I was shocked by the fact that my brain knows all of this and yet I procrastinate , time to focus on breaking the cycles and changing atleast one positively !
It's an old trick but if a placebo works, you can't really argue with it. 1. Open with an insight or question that is easily but personally relatable. This hooks you in and suddenly, you're invested in whatever will be said next. 2. No need to have any practical or super informed knowledge after this part. Simply say whatever to the effect of "take accountability for yourself and stop whatever you've been doing". The result is that you feel whatever was said is more true and useful to you than ever before even though you've undoubtedly already been given this generic advice in the past already. But now that you feel very personally connected because of the hook that pulled you in, you feel particularly convinced to actually try to take the advice and as you do, you will feel that it is working for you. 👍
Needed this so much right now. Im currently building my own business, and it has been a roller coaster. It’s so much to do, and I’m so lost in it all. I’ve been on a grind the last few weeks. But the last three days I haven’t done anything productive and I really couldn’t understand why. Why am I on purpose avoiding work I know I need to do. Just lacking motivation, and don’t feel creative at all. But I have understood that I go through these cycles, but hard to avoid them and not letting them take over. I will do my best to only go upwards from now on! Wish all of you the best of luck 🤞🏼 ❤️
I am really struggling with this stuff. I tried to improve multiple times but I keep falling back in the trap of these negative cycles. I am thankful to come across your video. I shall start fresh again and I hope I’ll be better this time
For me it usually starts with oversleeping I'm always so afraid of not getting 8 hours due to how horrible everything in your body goes when you lack sleep
There's no such thing as oversleeping bro, sleep is healthy for your body and mind. Just have persistent bed times and sleep as much as your body asks.
True. I was getting 2-4 hours or sleep per day. Working 19+ hour days in sales and overtime at the office. I'd spent so much time reading, working on myself. Working out, doing stuff to get better and I basically burned myself out. My brain went stoopid and "developed" anxiety. It's been about almost 7 months since I had to quit my job. Have had little to no human international. I've been inside of my house and my room alone for that long. Not looking for help or taking responsibility but blaming others has got me nowhere. In in debt. I sold everything I had. I have no money and no source of income. My dad has taken over my side of the rent for a couple months now. I just got into a huge argument with my mom and dad tonight. I'm willing to change. It's crazy how you can be at the top, be so consistent and on fire, doing great in life and then. All of a sudden you're at the lowest point in your life. It socks. It felt like my life has been stolen from me. I have lost myself. Haven't had a haircut. You could say I'm depressed. Or I actually am . Feeling depressed ducks but I choose not to feel that way anymore. As corny as it sounds I'm starting my comeback. Shits gonna be legendary. Thank you so much for this video. I know this a long comment
@Wuttt it's like a well crafted sword it gets used and damaged but that doesn't mean you throw it out you can always stick it back in the fire and use the fire and hammers beating it back into a stronger and better shape, the sword is us
Thank You 💕 for such a "valuable information" to walk in freedom in all areas, I am 63 years old but I have decided to do whatever it takes to live a quality life for the rest of the years I still have. Tons of Blessings, continue...GO for it ! Maracaibo, Venezuela 🦅
The real thing is to understand that if you indulge once, for example, it doesn't destroy everything. The real secret is to train yourself to be able to indulge once in a while and not let your self slip down the slope. Now you can work and still indulge once in a while, without getting burnt out. If you just keep blaming yourself for everything, constantly take yourself way too seriously and never let yourself have any fun, then you'll get burnt out for sure. Let me be very clear. NOT everything is your fault. However, everything IS your responsibility. If you get robbed it's not your fault, but making that money back is your responsibility. If you get cheated on its not your fault, but working to be able to trust again and have healthy relationships is your responsibility.
Yeah came to write exactly the same. And it’s systems of habits, people, events and your responsibilities - like job, care for others (kids, parents, pets at least), than help you to stay on track, once you have it, it helps you to be on track.
Thanks for the reminder. I remember finally breaking out of this loop and was on cloud nine for a couple years, and then ended up falling back in after my relationship ended. I couldn't study anymore, and it is definitely hard finding the motivation to stay consistent. I lost a lot of my drive and motivations to do much of anything. What you said about ruthlessly cutting off those bad thoughts really reminded me of what I did back then to change my mindset into a more positive one. I keep telling myself that, if I've done it once, I can do it again.
I have been consistent for a very long time. But still fall for old traumas. Just fed up of it. People say to not say what you don't want. But I am still saying it. Because I am fully accepting of where I am . I will again keep moving with full discipline to make myself proud.
Thank you for motivation. I am not pushing away any thoughts now. They all resulted in temporary distraction. Rather ,I am giving time to these thoughts ( traumas) ,understanding ,analysing & thanking for the lesson.
Somewhere deep down a part of me was aware of all of this information, all the deception, but I was in denial. I needed a voice other than my own telling me that this is the root of destruction. Thanks man
Your channel is a hidden gem, I really hope you don't quit youtube like the pinterest affiliate marketing thing. If you keep up the quality content you'll get subs in no time but you already knew that :)
Thank you for speaking in a language that isn't validating every negative thought. I've needed someone to talk to me in this direct way for so long. I'm so tired of hearing "it's okay!! Self care is important!!" When I need someone to tell it to me as it is. Thank you, great video.
I always ask myself what happened. I go on these cycles where I’m two completely different people with two different minds. One is ambitious and disciplined whilst the other one is doubtful and lazy. Now watching this I have realised how important it is to stay consistent rather than have short bursts, thank you 🙏
Another good piece of info that you missed is that you will fail. You will relapse. You will indulge. This is inevitable. It means that you must be forgiving to yourself. When you first start off, set the bar of success low so that you don't disappoint yourself.
I’m a 21 year old fellow from Pennsylvania. It was interesting to observe just how intensely you speak my language, only to eventually hear you mention ‘the laws of the universe’. It became immediately clear to me why I resonate with you. You are awake. A very, very conscious and aware individual. You’ve earned my respect through that alone, and I would be interested to hear more of your observations of yourself and the world around you. Subscribed. Edit: Random question for you man, you have any interest in music or it’s production? Any art forms? I’m a lyricist, so I’m always asking questions when it comes to creation.
Thank you man that's a huge compliment. I love music but I don't know too much about the intricate details of producing or writing, if you have stuff published send the link, I'll take a look.
I have been depressed for 4 years and I understand this video very well. What helped me stay consistent was: 1. Replace Negative Thoughts with positivity.( Don't be harsh if you fail one task, focus on what you can do) 2. Realizing that Life will never get easy you only become stronger. 3. Suffering and pain is a part of you, do not run away from it, embrace it with affirmation. (try to look into philosophy like Marcus Aurelius or Musashi ) 4. Live a life you wished to live 10 years ago. " your second life begins when you realize you only have one " 5. If you're a boy this will help alot. Seman retention. It holds so much motivation and energy. If you learn to control the lust energy and convert it to productivity, the world is yours. 6. Be consistent. Just be consistent on one thing like going to the gym every five days or having a timed routine. Ps. Accountability. If you hit rock bottom, ask yourself this. 'I have already seen the darkest place and I know the results of my actions, what if I took responsibility for every action I make?' I hope this helps anyone that went through existential crisis like I have. We got this my brother and sister we will prevail.
thankyou so much for this super deep content. Thankyou for giving the cure to a problem by going in its roots. You really are a saviour to thousands. This technique helps. Just wanted to show you my gratitude.
Excellent video, would just like to add the idea of visualizing your goal whenever you are falling into bad habits again, or when an indulging thought comes into your mind, reject it ruthlessly like Giacomo said, and then visualize you goal. It will give you more drive due to the emotion behind it. If you don't have a goal, mission, or purpose in life already, find one, it is extremely important to succeed. You are the captain of your ship, without the direction or your North star, you will never finish your voyage and end up lost deep in the sea.
This is my 4th time coming back to this and it's literally life changing. Especially the cause and effect rule. I noticed when i indulge in those "small" instant gratifications (TikTok, Instagram) while tricking myself with lame excuses like "it's just for a few minutes" etc, my brain craves for more resulting in a complete cycle of indulgence. Which results in less focus and brain fog (bc they suck the life out of your brain), demotivation, lack of good quality sleep. Which also leads to a catastrophic results, like not being able to tackle daily activities bc of the fogginess, or not being able to learn bc of the attention issues, or not working out bc of the complete demotivation. It's literally a cycle and I'm understanding it thank u for the cause and effect thing it literally explained a lot. but still i don't know how to break the cycle, i hope you make a deeper video on how to get out of it. (English is not really my first language so sorry for not being able to express myself in better words or any grammatical mistakes i made)
I will make a deeper video on the cycles in the future. I'm glad the video helped you man, that's great to hear. The language was all good man don't apologize

His wisdom is shocking to me too.. I'm learning so much from him than all the other senior TH-camrs..
1 year later and i’ll always return to this video.
yo i haven’t even finished the video, but this brought me so much peace. thank you person on the internet
I'm glad to hear that
I've come to realize that your positive cycles are just as much as a mental block as your negative ones...your just pushing yourself until you break. Its not that healthy. You need to talk to other people, you need love. Just be thankful for what you have, and if your a good person things will slowly get better over time...
Good point man thanks for sharing that
7:18 is everything. It's normal. But it's up to you to recognize and improve each cycle 🙌
Sorry. That small snippet isn't everything. There is quality in all aspects of this message.
Holy hell this was good, I wasn't expecting this. Thanks brother
I appreciate that man, I'm glad you enjoyed
Thank you. You opened my eyes.
Thanks for telling me that I now have to self-blame for every single bad thing that happens to me. Thanks.
Don't blame yourself, but take responsibility
Staying consistent is not about not falling down, it’s about when you fall you choose the way you get back up. Staying consistent is where you get back up and make the best out of the situation.
I've been thinking about this concept of Cycles for years and was only able to 'catch' them after I started to track my habits and mood swings with an app and a journal
That self awareness is key
I was starting to slip again since yesterday and this video came on my TH-cam Homepage like a guardian angel thank you

I'm glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching
I really needed this articulated for me, I’ve been on up and down cycles as I’ve been improving my life and I now realize me eating that box of donuts because I worked hard that day makes me feel it’s okay to just cheat my diet and myself and my goals, it affects my mindset with everything and causes my bad habits to spiral back into action again, even from just a small lack of discipline. Thank you for this video
Glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching man
I thought I was fucking crazy experiencing these “ups and downs” cycles.
I have been struggling loads with my body image and I’ve been finding it hard to stay consistent with my fitness and healthy eating, but this video gave me the pep talk I really needed. this got to me at the right time. i was at a all time high everyday. room was cleaned, meditations were perfect, wrote to myself everynight.. then my room got messy, sleep got worse, attitude started coming back. i was so confused.. this helped me so much. i gotta get back on track thank you for this video.

this is got me out of my cycle im going to win
You got this bro
Unexpectedly, this was one of the most concise, direct messages I've seen on this topic. You condensed a lot of information I've picked up and explained it in a logical way. Well done. Unfortunately, most people stumbling across this won't appreciate the full wisdom or value of it. But those of us who know, know.
Thank you Baxter, what a great comment, I really appreciate it

This is easier said than done. At the end of the day you can do everything right. Its about what you do tomorrow, can you fight the good fight every single day.
What you described is exactly what I am going through. And I never understood what's happening to me, I always thought there must me something wrong because I can't stay consistent and seeing people on social media improving themselves made me feel bad about myself. I am glad I came across your video because it really opened my eyes, and I hope you keep creating a great content like that and keep helping people.

i face the same problem, i try to stay consistent and then one of these hits me - overthinking, negative thinking, depression, overwhelmed, etc.
@@03giacomo Thnx, I will try!
It’s crazy how this video has such low views, tons of people need to watch this, this is the video that has motivated me the most to make a change in my life, starting today
I would always get in the gym, trying to be consistent, trying to eat healthy and loose weight, but a week after, I would quit, saying I’m not capable of making the change, eating trashy food again and then, months after, same thing
Also money wise, I have been really irresponsible, I would be in debt with my credit cards, and still spend more an more money, in such silly things, mostly food.
I’m making the change this time, I know I got this, I know I will succeed, because if i’m in this spot, it’s completely because of the decisions i’ve taken.
Thank you for the video, much love.
Awesome comment Santiago, I'm very glad it helped you

It feels like when I fall back down I end up doing the extreme negatives like binging. This absolutely blows my mind and I’ve been working on how to get around that for some time.
Yeah man, usually its the positive extreme or the negative extreme for me
This was the perfect time for me to find this video.
Thank you for watching man, I'm glad I could help
This man perfectly described my situation and I was shocked by the fact that my brain knows all of this and yet I procrastinate , time to focus on breaking the cycles and changing atleast one positively !
Awesome man, you got this 💪
It's an old trick but if a placebo works, you can't really argue with it.

Great video, great advice.
I love when you were just like " I don't care" at 3:40
For me it usually starts with oversleeping I'm always so afraid of not getting 8 hours due to how horrible everything in your body goes when you lack sleep
Don't overthink it too much, just plan your sleep and wake up times properly

Great comment man
Yeah came to write exactly the same. And it’s systems of habits, people, events and your responsibilities - like job, care for others (kids, parents, pets at least), than help you to stay on track, once you have it, it helps you to be on track.

Giacomo, you're a fucking genius
Thanks for the reminder. I remember finally breaking out of this loop and was on cloud nine for a couple years, and then ended up falling back in after my relationship ended. I couldn't study anymore, and it is definitely hard finding the motivation to stay consistent. I lost a lot of my drive and motivations to do much of anything. What you said about ruthlessly cutting off those bad thoughts really reminded me of what I did back then to change my mindset into a more positive one. I keep telling myself that, if I've done it once, I can do it again.
Glad I could help you Anthony, thanks for watching
I have been consistent for a very long time.
But still fall for old traumas.
Just fed up of it.
People say to not say what you don't want.
But I am still saying it.
Because I am fully accepting of where I am .
I will again keep moving with full discipline to make myself proud.
Its a long journey but it's worth it, keep pushing 💪
Thank you for motivation.

I always ask myself what happened. I go on these cycles where I’m two completely different people with two different minds. One is ambitious and disciplined whilst the other one is doubtful and lazy. Now watching this I have realised how important it is to stay consistent rather than have short bursts, thank you 🙏
You're not alone with that at all, keep pushing, its a long battle
In doubtful and lazy stage rn
Thank you bro. I really needed this🙏🏾. Thank God too.
I'm glad I could help man
Another good piece of info that you missed is that you will fail. You will relapse. You will indulge. This is inevitable. It means that you must be forgiving to yourself. When you first start off, set the bar of success low so that you don't disappoint yourself.
Needed this reminder fr 🙏
Bro just explained my life in a video. You spoke nothing but facts. The true answer is always within🔥🔥🔥
I can’t tell you how much I needed this. So tired to these cycles.
I love music but I don't know too much about the intricate details of producing or writing, if you have stuff published send the link, I'll take a look.
this video has literally changed my life. thank you bro.
I have been depressed for 4 years and I understand this video very well. What helped me stay consistent was:
1. Replace Negative Thoughts with positivity.( Don't be harsh if you fail one task, focus on what you can do)
2. Realizing that Life will never get easy you only become stronger.
3. Suffering and pain is a part of you, do not run away from it, embrace it with affirmation. (try to look into philosophy like Marcus Aurelius or Musashi )
4. Live a life you wished to live 10 years ago. " your second life begins when you realize you only have one "
'I have already seen the darkest place and I know the results of my actions, what if I took responsibility for every action I make?'
I hope this helps anyone that went through existential crisis like I have. We got this my brother and sister we will prevail.
Great tips man, thank you for watching
Saving this, so true
thankyou so much for this super deep content.
Bro said “the first thing you need to understand is everything is your fault”
Banger.
