I personally tried hand sowing and probably i just have no "affinity" for it, the stiches was uneven and even though i used black cloth and black threads, it felt weird so definitely dont expect the most perfect result especially with no hand sowing experience.

If I can see through the fabric indoors, I already know that when I go outside into the sunlight, everything is going to show. I remember as a little girl, wearing dresses to church, it was a big deal trying to figure out if i HAD to wear a slip with certain dresses. We didn't want to in the summertime heat. Thank goodness for Spanx! lol
I have a question my body is literally shaped like the frumpy shit down to the bulging sides Also just like we don't want gaping sides on the dress can we take about 5 inches from side roll and leave about an inch and a half for seam allowance and get the same body shape as yours I just got it now. Ofcourse you can. Just follow the edges slowly. Maybe practice on a pillow case first to get the feel of it.
