Normal Ds its good boss
My thoughts on the game:
Power-ups: The Hammer suit is an awesome power-up to add, but the black hat and the green shell don't really work together.
Bosses: All bosses are the same apart from King Boo and the final Bowser fight. Although the arenas you fight the bosses in are changed and they FINALLY changed Bowser's annoying roar from the original game.
Music: Sounds awesome. Some of the music is remixes of older music from Mario games.
SFX: They changed Bowser Jr's laugh and Bowser's roar.
Extra: I really love the low gravity feature. Its awesome
Altogether its a great game, just the hammer suit kinda annoys me.

That King Boo fight and the final boss fight were super cool. Too bad they're not in the actual game.
I like Bowser’s expression after defeating Bowser Jr and also what he does to real to Mario the final battle.

Just a Mimikip Actually that's one of the worst soundfonts I've ever heard and I'm VERY dissatisfied with a lot of the music because of that. Otherwise, great game.

Just a Mimikip To me it sounds too artificial, heck, a lot of it kinda sounds fake. It seems like Casio keyboard samples. That being said, I've heard it's an easy soundfont to work with, though, so there's a positive.
Though some of the music like the Yoshi's Island cave theme transcription, boss theme, final castle, final boss, both minecart themes, athletic theme, title theme, and more do sound pretty cool. I realized there's actually a lot of music from this hack I like after typing that out.
Anyway, I guess I did come off a little strong on my opinion. Sorry for that.

One crazy final boss battel
during the dry Bowser fight, when he jumped only a little bit, I was also using the shell, and was trying to duck for cover, and sped right under him by accident!

The creepy part of this game is when Bowser falls in lava, causing his skin to melt, and he comes back to life later.

Boohemoth wasn't in NSMBDS, it was introduced in NSMB2. So basically King Boo is 100% ASM hacking.
Hector Paris I think your expectations are a little too high for a DS game. Bare in mind there’s lost of limitations, and custom bosses are extremely hard to do.

metallic madness the ice pokey is a copy of the world 2 boss in New super Mario Bros and the finale boss is a copy of the final boss in super Mario world but with a few upgrades
