Never fails to disappoint? Do you mean the park never disappoints?

Hey guys! I just found your channel come across my TH-cam feed, and I'm really impressed with the quality you put into your videos! I really really enjoy all the drone footage you guys provide as well, bcos the other couple of railroad channels I watch don't seem to use drone shooting so far? This is a big plus in my opinion, using the drone to get some cool prospective shots! Well done guys! I have just subscribed to your channel. Wishing you further success with your channel! 😊❤

Another video feature I Love that you guys use, is when you are shooting a train, and then you switch to another camera in a completely different location to film the same train, so obviously you're using teamwork 😉 to give different angle shots of the same train, and that's another feature I'm not seeing on any of the other railroad channels I'm subscribed to? Nice touch!! 😊❤

Thank you for your kind remarks! Crazy enough it’s a one man band on this channel, takes some heavy planning to get some of the multiple shots like on this feature project. There’s definitely more like this on the way I can promise that.

@JRTHEES OMG 😲 hahaha 😁 I certainly didn't expect to hear thar you're a "one man band" 😄 😆 that's amazing! Now my opinion of you has just increased tremendously hahaha 😆 that really is dedication and a ton of work, running around trying to get all the different shots, angles and locations! WOW 👌 👏 hahaha 😁
I'm a retired police officer, and I have lived as a permanent resident of the Philippines since 2018. I'm from California, and I was a police officer for LAPD Los Angeles Police Department for the first 8 years of my career, and then I left LAPD and went to work for Southern Pacific Railroad Police, and then when they were going to merge later on, I left and went to work for Union Pacific Railroad Police, where I stayed until my retirement! I was always a huge railroad buff from a young kid until now! Truth be told, I actually never enjoyed police work with the railroads, but it allowed me to stay in my chosen law enforcement career, but more importantly, to be in, around and on trains throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico! I spent most of my time as a railroad police officer, travelling from one city to the next to take police reports and to handle criminal investigations hahaha 😆
Anyway, great to hear from you and I'm sorry for sharing my life's story with you hahaha 😆 it's not often I get to share my railroad police officer days bcos 99% of people aren't even aware there are private railroad police departments hahaha
Take care always, God bless from Bacolod City the Philippines 🇵🇭 where it's currently 7:52 am Wednesday morning December 20th.....

The only constructive criticism, is the evening shots are way too dark in my opinion, and it's difficult to even see the train other than the lights on the lead locomotive 🚂 😀 This is just my personal opinion and observation. But other than this small issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my first video being a new viewer and subscriber. 😊❤

Passenger service running 2 hrs late is inexcusable. Why even bother with passenger rail if that's the best we can do.

The week I was there the day I filmed was the only day the Builder was late. It eventually made up time and was on time in Chicago.

The Empire Builder operated by AMTRAK is one of the most popular passenger trains in the country. And BNSF is the only U.S. railroad who tries to keep the passenger Builder running on time. This attitude is a tradition adopted from the Great Northern Railway.

@@allenalstad9347 Don’t get me wrong. I’m a believer in passenger rail service. I wish this country would do it even half as well as Western Europe and Japan where I’m sure passenger trains don’t run two hours late.
When I was 10 yrs old in 1961, I went cross-country by myself on the Sante Fe El Capitan from LA to Chicago and on the NY Central on to NYC. I did a round trip SF to NYC and back as an adult. I rode the AmTrak Coast Starlighter from SF to Seattle.
I love rail travel and wish I had the extra time and money to travel that way.
