Sounds like a sweet update. I picked up the original last fall for $100 off the retail price - and have really enjoyed them. Used them for a recent 10 miler and it's the first time I've gotten past 6 miles in a carbon plated shoe w/o having pain on the bottom of my feet. I don't need to upgrade on these....but if there's another Fall sale I may have to!
