Thanks for the comment buddy. Definitely an early and late season area. I use 5-6ft hook lengths on the feeder around here which chainged everything for me for Silvers. No free offerings at all for the Barbel and Carp just lots of hard fishy paste covering the weight, Boilie and Hook then cast to the middle has worked for me over the years. Glad you enjoyed the vid my friend..!😊👍

@@classiccustom2652 maybe try Rivermead Car Park opposite Sunbury Ct, Sunbury-on-Thames TW16 it's great for parking close, can't remember if there's a hight restriction, there normally 2.1mtrs with some higher ones around this area, definitely worth checking out just incase. Weybridge Point and Parking opposite 114 Thames St, Weybridge KT13 8NG on Walton Lane, fishing into Shepperton Wier has really close parking as well but can be busy though. Can't comment on hight restriction till my next video, i need to check for chaiges when filming as some do & some don't have restrictions. There's a small car park right by the river at the end of Chertsey Bridge on the North side which definitely has no hight restriction, very tight car park though but great fishing..! If you go down Thames Side road opposite Chertsey Bridge car park, towards Layham, park under the M3 motorway bridge there's loads of swims & no hight restriction. Good for Chub and Roach.!
Last but not least, swims 1 too 4 on my 1st video on Walton Lane have no restrictions if you can get them. Hope this helps bud.. If you catch let me know..😊👍

Hi MUCKER671, I have watched all your fishing videos, they are great and very informative.
Yesterday we went on a reconnaissance trip to the Rivermead and the Old Bathing Station Car Park. The swims on both locations are fantastic, especially that like you I am a bit unsteady on my legs at time. As I do not drive, I can only go by car on weekend as my wife drives. I have found out that both location are easily accessible by public transport.
I live in west London, its easy for me to get to Clapham Junction Station and get a train to Hampton (not Hampton Court) and from there catch the 216 bus. This info might be useful to others. When we went yesterday it was incredibly quiet considering how nice the weather was.
can you please tell me, from your experiences, how busy do both locations get during the fishing season? Would getting there by 06:00 guaranty a spot?
From there we checked out the Aragon Avenue location, that was very busy with peoples enjoying the weather.
Thanks again for the time you have spent in doing theses videos and sharing all your secrets, greatly appreciated.
    Kind Regards,
    Jean-Michel

Hi buddy, so nice to hear my vids are helping you and others out.. Thanks for your support it helps a lot.😊
I would definitely give the 16th June a wide berth for at least a week if you can as the swims are quite limited here. (The earlier the better will help but no guarantees). Aragon Avenue is always busy with the general public but the fish don't mind at all (very used to it). More chance of a swim at Aragon.👍If you own or know someone who has a Blue Badge and transport and is available weekends I'd suggest the Blue Badge bays under Walton Bridge as there's no parking time limit apparently (that info's directly from the local Council) plus there's lots of available swims with good access so maybe a bit more chance of a swim close to the 16th.
Busy with people if its warm again though.😒
Hope you find what you want on the day and give me a wave if you see me on the river as my new Bellyboat arives today so lots of actual fishing vids of most of the spots I've shown will be coming soon..
Hope this helps you out in some way my friend..😊

@@MUCKER671 Hi Buddy, 😄thank you for your reply and all the info. I see what you mean, I need to go back and investigate further the path at Aragon as I did not when I saw how pact it was. I am into lures fishing and tend to travel light, just a backpack with my gear in and a chair strapped to it. I actually use a backpack design for photography, so I attach the chair where you would a tripod. the deep side pockets are ideal for my telescopic rods. The best location in term of access so far as been cigarette island and easily accessible by train. We have been going there for picnics on many occasions, I only tried to fish there once, I only recently got back into fishing, retired in September. The areas, your suggested swims before and past Hurst Park are also well known to me as we use to walk from Hampton Court to Walton. as you said in one of your video, and as I noticed there is never any one fishing there, so, that might be better, quitter during the week too.

      Hi, Thanks for your message.
One of the main reason for doing these vids is because there's a large population of people in the UK who go on holidays travelling from as far away as Scotland who have difficulties with walking or carrying Fishing Tackle long distances and have no idea how good the fishing and parking access situation can be on the Thames.
Also, people who are fairly local to the Thames area have been enjoying the vids as they've brought back memories of them playing in these spots as a child, some have just enjoyed looking at the views etc.
