@@harryturner3063 Hi Harry, For the purposes of the video I would of loved a more average sized barbel but that fish made the trip memorable for me. Thank you as always for your continued support.
Welcome to the river Thames mate, I really enjoyed this video, but then I enjoy your channel, and Im in a happy place now, all my plumbing work is finished, and I will be out this weekend somewere, all the best mate, and always tight lines.
@@cliveeariss880 Hi Clive, Good to hear you've sorted the plumbing and looking forward to your fishing adventures. Thanks again for the support. The Thames scared me from it's sheer size to the Cray plauge I found it tough.
Nice little barbel ,and looks good in that weir pool, ime sure there will be a video coming where you have had a great day on the feeder eh mate, tite lines
Hi Paul, How's your fishing been going ? I'm going through a tough old spell ATM so this little chap was most welcome. Thank you as always for the support with the channel it's truly appreciated. I'm really looking forward to a busy day chucking feeders but it'll probably be on the maggot I reckon
@@wayne3006 It's been a long time since I saw a Wye barbel of this size. The fish came at the end of 2 frustrating days and by god was I ecstatic to see it. Thank you for your time in watching and commenting.
@@johnharris940 Hi John, Hows your fishing been going ?. I always pop into the local tackle shop and then I just have a mooch. It's very enjoyable but the blanks mean that many never make it to a finish video. Thank you as always for your support.
@@georgewheeldon-f8s Hi George, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get out fishing in a while. Apparently the Thames is the river it once was, I'd imagine in it's day this would of been a hotspot for barbel fishing as it seemed to have everything. Thanks again for taking the time to comment.
Next best thing to being there, do like these quiet little films 😎👍
Hi Ian, Thank you kindly for taking the time to comment it's truly appreciated.
Well done. To get a Thames barbel of any size is an achievement! I would have been delighted with that.
