Looks like a fake battery for the clock face. It's white plastic with springs going through it, possibly to just steal power from the main battery? Is anyone familiar with this?

I LOST ONE OF THE TINY SPRINGS JUST NOW! Do you know where I can get another? Otherwise I will have to get a whole new watch...
Use the spring from inside an old spring bar that holds the strap on. You might need to cut it down.
