I've purchased so many of these kits, in years past. Made them for each member of the family. They are awesome to make.

Thank you for this instructional video! My first stocking will be here in a couple days, and I’m really excited to get it and get started! I plan to make a total of 3 for my grandchildren, and I’m anxious to get this first one under my belt so I can quit worrying about being able to do it! Lol! Thank you again, this video was very helpful.

I ordered a Bucila Sugarland fairy kit this was my first kit I have never made these before, but I fell in love with them when I seen them first of all it didn’t come with everything it said in the package it said it came with two needles no needles at all I had to go buy them now I’m starting my project I come across and find that I don’t have beads to match all my sequence. I only have two sets of beats for my white sequence and my red, but I have pink green gold and purple sequence as well. The picture shows each one of them with the Beades, but there is no beads and not enough white beads to go around. So now I have to run to a craft store to get extra beads to finish my project and these pro kits are not cheap.

Which needle is which? Do I cut out the piece *before* sewing/attaching the sequins and beads?

When it says one strand, do you thread one strand and then knot the two ends together? Or thread one strand and knot one end and literally only sew with a single strand?

You need to upload a video that someone actually follow the steps . That's how I will get the instructions it's so confusing. So disappointed

A member of our consumer advisory team can get you replacement instructions. They’re at 1-800-842-4197, and the department is open from 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday or via email at: plaidonline.com/about/contact

I agree with puffyjo and others who commented on Bucilla instructions. The symbols you have to follow are tiny, and there are so many symbols it is really hard to keep track and very frustrating! I have to use a magnifier. The patterns are overwhelming. I’ve purchased many of their kits and all of them are complicated and over detailed. Some patterns, like fur on a bear, have strands that change color just about every strand. Some of the symbols are so close to identical, it’s often extremely difficult to differentiate one from another. I’m currently trying to figure out how to quilt a stamped crossstitch lap quilt referencing their directions and am completely lost and I’ve hand quilted quilts! I Have done just about every kind of hand work including counted crossstitch and bargello needlepoint, knitting and crochet, almost all self taught, and I can safely say Bucilla wins for terrible instructions!

I can't seem to find this answer anywhere in the instructions... but do I need to leave any sort of seam allowance around the pieces as I cut them out?

Hi there! I'm currently working on one of these and as I read the instructions, the directions say to cut just within the marked outline. Hope that helps, Alaysia! Blessings!

Bucilla has horrible instructions. Purchased a "beginner" kit that doesn't explain how to do the stitches, only what kinds. As a beginner that doesn't help at all!

“Bucilla gives great instructions!” Is quite possibly the most incorrect sentence I’ve heard in years. The instructions are hot garbage and require the deciphering of a code to do. I sew, I embroider, I crochet and no other pattern says “stitch this.” Bro what?
