Hi Bob and Jenny. I can definitely recommend Bridlington motorhome club site, one of our favourites. Bus stop outside the site. A short walk to Danes Dyke nature reserve and beach. A great farm shop next door. A 15 minute walk to the Ship Inn pub with really nice food and views. Short walk to Sewerby Hall and gardens. And you can walk into Bridlington if you fancy it along the front past the pub 👍 beach is dog friendly for Poppy. And plenty of parking for the motorhome at Flamborough Head and North Landing to enjoy the coastline. Saw dolphins there last summer 👍 and Bempton cliffs are great. We love it there and will be back in August 😁 family love your videos!
Hi bob and Jenny. This was a vlog that brought back memories - we've been in Yorkshire many times over the years, but not to Filey for a very long time. It's still as nice as ever and we must give it a visit when we're next in the north ease. Many thanks. George and Trish
Tyvm this brings back lots of memories, I had forgotten how nice Filey was/is. Came here when I was a teenager and a lot after I had my two girls . We got a static caravan. When we first started visiting Filey , Butlins Camp was popular ! Tyvm.
Hi Bob,Jenny, Poppy and Tara and friends, Filey is a lovely seaside place to visit we’ve been a few times. A nice beach for the doggies to have a run on. Interesting look around the church x
love filey, happy memories of holidays stopping in old railway carriges on colling camp as a kid, having a 3 day break there in may first in 3 years then properly retire in june bring it on,
Nice video Bob, thanks. We love Filey and it’s one of our local preferred seaside towns. We always park above the brig on grass looking out to sea. (Turn left at the top of the hill which you descended under the bridge) Walks are great on the headland and f n c special in the town. Pleasant town for a short stay but can be “snided” in summertime and ,sadly, best avoided.
Hi Bob and Jenny so wonderful to see a beautiful sunny Filey when it's a cold rainy morning today. We have been watching your videos with great interest and pleasure we are caravans thinking of swapping to motorhomers 😊 we have a little dog and wonder how you secure Poppy into your 2 seat belt motorhome whilst travelling? Thanks
Hi Bob and Jenny, glad you're enjoying another adventure. We hope to go to Bridlington later this year. Could I ask the size and make of Poppy's crate please as we've just bought a cavapoo puppy and will need a good crate for our travels. Thanks in advance xx
Mum lives on the cliffs to the right, Bridlington is quite a big town easier for her to do her shopping than Filey, with a north and southside beaches, Dogs are only allowed on the beaches out of season but Southside in Brid they have a section for dogs all year round, they also filmed the Dads Army film there in the old town. Enjoy the sun snow on it's way
When the conditions are right a walk out onto Filey Brigg is a experience and Fish & Chips at Inghams. Filey is very nice which you shown in your video.

Filey is lovely it’s worth stopping at Musson Grange Touring site as it’s an easy walk into town where almost everywhere is dog friendly.
Yes, we've found most of Yorkshire dog friendly, thanks for the tip on the site.

Don’t tell everyone about our favourite seaside town! Love to park up on the brigg at the country park. Had some amazing fish n chips on the seafront.
Too late! 😁
We have so many happy memories of Filey, Did you have a walk around the town at the top of the hill and filey's lovely park and gardens ?
No, perhaps next time, really enjoyed St Oswalds.
Ah... Filey. Went every year for decades. Waffles and Sterchi's - possibly the best chocolate in Yorkshire...
