Anyone watching this it is the color of the Learn button not the color of your learn light that flashes on the garage opener!!! Tried a bunch of times thinking it was the light color !!!!!! Getting old... thanks for the video Sir!!!!
Hi, not sure if someone has the same issue. I have the same garage fob, but a few weeks after programming it's not working and I have to do the programming again. I even bought two and they both lost programming at the same time. Does anyone know what could be the reason?
I can't say that this has happened to any of the ones I programed. If both lost programing together tells me the error is your base unit/operator Maybe you had a power surge and the operator reset.
I program 4 remotes plus the two which i have now i have totally 6 remotes but i want to prgram extra 4 the wont be programmed is there a limit to that
Cleaning out the garage with two remotes and a small piece of paper instructions. Followed the instructions on the paper and it’s not working …came across this page following these instructions still not working ..is any other way
On the contrary of what happened in your video, in my case, the remote took a long time to scan through all the codes before finding the code. And when it found the code, the LED for the learning mode is blinking, not the garage opener light. And when I press the selected button again to try to open the garage door, the learning mode LED is blinking but the garage door does not move. With the universal garage door from Chaberlain, the remote found the code in matter of seconds. What does it mean when the LED blinks but the door does not move?
You would be suprised. They look identical, they may behave similarly. But with some of this non-branded China-made stuff it's hard to determine the build / quality / internals
@@dk2140 do you know what it means when the remote control makes the learning mode LED on the opener to blink quickly instead of opening or closing the door?
Same thing happened to me. B and C dont turn on the learning mode. No light turs on. The mannual also mentions Band C buttons. Bought 2 of these. Both are like that. Then I pressed and hold A and Bx3. It removed the programing on buttons now no button works. If you have more info on how to get these remotes working. Please help

I have that same remote but it's not working for me to be in the c button does not activate the learn mode.😢
You need to push B and C together. (also many look like this, NOT all are the same. Some of them don't work the same way but this does work for most)

My guess is your remote was a different type
This process has worked on about 50 different ones I tried and did not work on one.

When I hit B and C button it doesn't turn blue
Pushing the button is the process ro reset the remote. Yours may have a different color or need to push other buttons

Bought these remotes they don’t work for linear garages 😢
Some of the remotes have different "brains" in them. Sorry this works for about 90% of them
