I do have one suggestion for anyone doing this... take the Original garage remote out of distance from the garage door and you won’t have the garage door going up and down every time you push the button
Hi Rick...i have a different style remote what the instructions read exactly the same as you were reading. With all the edits you had we got the idea but we didn't actually see how you got it to lock up and work? Lol Can you explain exactly how you did it? I get my remote to flash slowly..and then I hit my original remote. The button changes but it doesnt flash quickly like in your video. Do I have to hold the new remote button and move it around the original? Any tips would help. I want to mount it to my Goldwing.
I'd have to watch the video again as I was surprised when it did work. I kept trying different combinations till it worked. It came with detailed instructions but I didn't understand them too well. Maybe contact the seller of the remote? Wish I could help more.
