    In fact, this is a good policy for store bought fresh mushrooms.

      That looks so good. Why do you kook the spices in the beginning like that? When they turn black. Does it make it more flavorful? I love the cooking pot also. I want to make my own cooking pots and for fermenting as well.

      @@popesfoodmedicine Yeah, definitely. When the spices are first roasted, they develop a rich taste, color, and aroma, enhancing the overall flavor of the dish. Nice appetite!😋👌
      Note - Don't roasted too much. 😉
