Blowing Rock Date Night! | Hearth at Embers |

We traveled up the mountain to try out the new Hearth restaurant at Embers hotel in Blowing Rock, NC. You can’t beat the scenic drive into the Blue Ridge mountains and downtown Blowing Rock 😍. We were impressed with the hotel curbside appeal and clean grounds. The crew at Hearth was top notch, shout out to our server, Ryan, who was engaging and on point all night.
