Just a quick note to let you know that I really enjoy your videos. You do a great job going over things, and it is greatly appreciated. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
Thank you, I really appreciate it.
The struggle is real. I hate the cold 🥶
True that.
That start procedure on the 6.0 was essentially my daily life back where I grew up in New Hampshire 😂
Man, I'll bet so. Cold up there!
Also, I Finally get to see a few details on the Challenger. Always been curious about that thing! Also always been jealous 😬
Yeah, not sure why I haven't really made any videos on it.
Whoop whoop
That's right...
Everything went well
Overall, not too bad.
Yesss
Hope you enjoyed!!
Just love that little red Datsun!
Yeah, it's a cool little truck.
Ford was cranky!
Dang sure was. I was a little surprised, if I'm being honest.
That diesel fuel was gelled up like leftover gravy!!
That was the morning my Mack wouldn't go. I got her crunk but it wouldn't stay running...even with a bottle of Howes in each tank.
I took it as a sign that I didn't need to go to Mississippi and die
Yeah, 'twas a bit on the nippy side.
Great channel
Thanks!
Why didn't you cold start the topkick?
Didn't think about it.
7.3 die hards say they start in anything.......c'mon!! haha Do you have a block heater? I have a 6L and don't plug it in often but if it will be real cold I will.
Edit again, I've never cycled my glow plugs more than once even as cold as you are in this video, either your batteries are weak or you have some dead or weak glow plugs.
Glow plugs are all new. Truck is pretty well maintained. Batteries are likely the issue.
@@ProjectTimeGaragethose stock starters are notorious for not having cold weather performance. In temps that cold most of us that run 7.3 and 6 liters run a reduction gear starter like the 6.7s have. My 7.3 will whip over real fast and start in -12 usually falling on its face requiring some pedal work.
@@ProjectTimeGarageI just put a NOCO 2D tender on my 6L maybe something to look into.
