On one hand, it's great that she knows the truth and can build a relationship with a bio father (who seems to be a great guy and completely open to embracing her as a daughter). On the other hand, I can't help but to feel horrible for the man who's loved and cared for her for nearly three decades. I just hope that she can balance and make peace with her new normal of having two dads. Yeah that didn't even make sense, on AncestryDNA when it tells you what percentage of DNA you share, it also gives suggestions for likely relationship based on the amount. At 50% DNA shared, the site would have surely said parent-child as the #1 prediction with a lot of confidence
I found my father three years ago through DNA Ancestry. I am overjoyed for this young lady and her father. I have an awesome relationship with my father, and I wish nothing but the best for the two of them.

I actually met Michael in the grocery store in the city that we live in, and when I first met him, he was such a great guy, and we exchanged information and everything in a week, got caught up into our busy lives, lol so we reconnected recently and he showed me this video and I just checked it out. And I am ecstatic for him and for her. The good thing is that despite what her mother had to go through and what she felt her mother put her through, she turned out to be a beautiful woman, and she turned out to be someone who has a bright future. But she was blessed to have found her biological father, who is a successful man, who is a good man who is not a deadbeat, and still welcomes her because he didn’t know, but still wants to step up. But she also has the man who raised her, and the man and woman who takes care of you is mom and dad. That’s the way that I was raised. So now she has two fathers. Good for you.🤗

He’s and amazing man. He could’ve blocked her once she reached out… even when he found out she was possibly his daughter. But he wanted to know and is willing to be a part of her life. I love this for them… Thank God for men like him!

I'm happy for her. She has two loving fathers. A sister and brothers. Although her mother wasn't a great parent- when her daughter needed her to be present. She can only give what she can. Once the daughter realizes her mom wasn't capable and needs certain help herself- I'm hopeful she can forgive her mother's transgressions and move forward with her life.
I love this!!! My mom found a connection on the site which led to her finding her biological father at about 40.

I must say, this was one of the most refreshing DNA episodes I've ever seen on any talk show. It's funny how both of them were looking on ancestry for other people only to find a match with each other. This was beautiful and I hope they can build a relationship with each other to help Dad fill the void that he has since he's not able to build a relationship with is 25 year old daughter that is disabled. Both of their demeanor throughout this entire show, proves that they are a lot a like and God they look so much a like. Karamo, please have them back on the show to give us an update on what their life has been like since the show.
