Thanks so much happy to hear it. Having a lot of fun with this channel just making content that’s easier to make with great value and less worried about the overall production value. You have any requests or questions on technique or positions you would like to see me cover
@@JonThomasBJJPlus I often find myself attacking from north-south and transitioning into the front-headlock when my partner turtles. It would be really valuable to dive deeper into the system of the Darce, Anaconda, and arm-in Guillotine. Specifically, I’d like to better understand how to flow between these submissions and recognize when to transition from one to another. Similarly, since I frequently start from north-south with the goal of working toward a Kimura or north-south choke, I'd be very interested in seeing a breakdown of those attacks and/or alternative options from that position. I’m also looking to improve my escapes. While I noticed you have several videos on escaping from side control and north-south that I haven’t studied yet, I think this “frame-by-frame commentary” format could be really helpful at some point. However, I’d love to explore something else for now. Thanks for asking and for the work you put into your videos-they’ve been really helpful! :)
I will definitely be making more content on this system! As far as who to study for it, I haven’t really seen anyone play it before so I don’t know if anyone does. I’m sure wardsinki has probably played with it before but I think he passes more directly to the over back grip, in this system I stay on the sleeves unless they go both knees then I can go over back or back to more spider or collar sleeve
This is such a useful video format with commentary on the frame-by-frames and the rewinds, really doing a good job of highlighting points of interest.
