You should use the same size, interface, and type. However, larger capacity SSDs with the same interface and type will work as well, but there could be some degradation. Example: 4 x 480GB SATA 6GB Mix Use SSDs in Raid 10 If 1 drive fails.... You could replace the failed SSD with a 960GB SATA 6GB Mix Use SSD and it would work as a replacement. (but you wouldn't gain the extra capacity) Hopefully this info helps.
@GreenPCGamers - Which Operating System are you guys running on the T3500? Based on what I have read it will not run Windows11? So which OS are you guys using? - Thanks!
Wouldn't the 1660 work using the 2nd pcie 16x for it or without graphic card at the first it would not display image?, could be an option to have a free 16x slot with the 1660. Other question does the t3500 fully work with 6x8gb ? I saw in datasheet just about 24gb but i saw you with 4x8gb working fine 😁 Greetings from Brazil
You should be able to use the secondary 75W PCIe x16 slot for your gpu. Yes, the T3500 does support 48GB memory. We posted a 48GB install video on our channel. Thanks for commenting!
I have 2 HDDS and One SSD. I can install Windows on the HDD but cant do the same on the SSD. Yes the drive works perfectly fine but for some reason it refuses to act as a boot drive. The SSD is an Old Adata SU650
I want more videos for t3500 please!
i have one
Is it bootable?
how many total hard drive or ssd we can connect to this pc
Hi, how you install win 10 on this pc? I have freezes on the initial load screen (
Can you also remove the optical drive and maybe get a 120mm fan in?
I want install m. 2 ssd adapter to Dell t3500
Did you have 4 power cables in this system or did you have to add 1 or 2?
We had to split one of them.
Do all the ssd’s have to be the same size and model to run raid 10 ?

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits. The T3500 doesn't support Win 11. However, there are some there are some work arounds.
The RAID card can't make the SATA III drives any faster than SATA II, right?
With the testing that we have done, that appears to be correct.

Try doing a full wipe of the SSD with a program like Kill Disk. Normally that will resolve the issue.
