Strawberry Salad with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette

This strawberry salad with spring mix, cucumbers, blackberries olives and more is topped off with a flavorful Meyer lemon vinaigrette!! You can make this salad anytime, but it's especially great in January after all the holiday indulging.
Here are the ingredients:
Spring Mix
English cucumber
Strawberries
Blackberries
Onion
Green Olives
And for the vinaigrette I used:
White Balsamic Vinegar
Dijon Mustard
Honey
Olive Oil
Salt
Zest and Juice of 1 Meyer lemon
