When I experienced hairfall, I followed all the following to effectively reduce it:
Incorporate massage for your scalp into your routine.
Don’t use very hot water when rinsing your hair.
Protect your hair from too much sweat.
Use a wide-toothed neem wood comb to detangle wet hair.
Cut down on your sugar and junk food consumption.
Use gentle hairfall control shampoo and oil like Littleeextra coccconion.
Nurture a positive mindset for general well-being.
my mom used this home made shampoo in my childhood : broken coconut pieces that are soaked in hot water and added hibiscus leaves( that are grinded in a mixer ) and added methi powder (grinded as it is) and still asks me to use it but I refused and ran after these well known brands... after seeing this video I'm running back to my mom 🤕😭
I remember back in 6th grade i was experiencing extreme hairloss and my friend suggested me tresseme. I can now proudly say that we arent friends anymore.

We can also use soap bars specifically made for hair wash. Since they're solid they do not require SLS & other harmful preservatives to keep them from spoiling. The only issue that arises out of using soap bars is accumulation of soap scum on the scalp which can be easily removed by using vinegar once in 15 days to keep the scalp healthy & hair shiny.

The problem is after doing a good oil champi, natural shampoos don't remove the oil entirely so using regular shampoos is the only option atleast to remove all the oil.

Khadi is not too expensive, not so cheap, infact when you compare it with other brands, it's more budget friendly, they mostly provide 210 ml bottle, which you can get at the cost of the 100 ml of any other brand. These products doesn't show any miraculous results, but ones you use it regularly, you will notice the result. Firstly it will repair your skin and bring it back to normal state( since our skin got addicted of chemical, coz of using chemical based products) one's your skin repairs, after that you will get additional benifits. I also used many good brands which claims to give some miraculous results, but they only add a layer of harmful chemicals on my skin. Just give it a try... **My hair story:
I had really long and thick hair during my childhood and adolescent years. I was literally famous in my school coz of my hair. I used to wash my hair with soap nut then coz my mom wouldn't let me otherwise..and after I joined college I became lazy and switched to meera shampoo. It was ok for some time but after that I gradually lost my hair thickness. I blamed it all on the air pollution. After 2-3 years my hair became so thin that I can see thinning areas on my scalp. I started to panic and cut my hair short hoping that it would get better but it didn't. And during these years I became the girl with short, thin hair (of course, with about to get bald areas on the scalp). Okay then I literally gave up and continued using Tresemme black. I thought it was somewhat best but after a while it actually damaged my hair and made it look lifeless and thin. My hair was turned to reddish brown shade from blackish brown. I was so hopeless.
My mom was suggesting soap nut all these years and I thought to give it a try. Its been 6 months since I switched to natural soap nut and voila, I could see the difference then and now.. My hair became longer, thick and I have no thinning areas on my scalp anymore. My hair was back to its original colour, length and lustre

Khadi shampoo didn't work for me and my hair were still dry after using it. After 1 year of using Khadi I switched to Nyka shampoos and it worked better for me. Then after 2 years I switched to Love beauty planet and now it's been 4 months and I have been using it. It really works very well for dry hair. You can try it too.

Khadi is basically the cheaper version of other 2 (since they are hard to afford for a middle class Indian). Their products are quite expensive.

Hi, I've been using Khadi Naturals shampoos and conditioners. However, they also have a very strong fragrance and the ones like Amla and Shikakai are highly colored as well (mine is teal blue). Are the colors and fragrances in these shampoos natural or chemical-based?
I started using it recently too, it has SLS and it's harmful, moreover, it dries out and makes my hair frizzy and prone to hairfall. It's a scam, refrain from purchasing it.

Advise to all who want to use khadi shampoo.. isko scalp pr hi apply kre..or directly apply krne ki jgha mug me thoda Pani leke isme shampoo add kre mix well and after this apply, massage and wash 👍
