I recently started a sturgian playthrough too and got so sick of hard carrying my entire faction on my own that I just decided to become a mercenary again. It's actually hilarious how incredibly bad the ally lords are.

with all these episode i begin to be attached
So, we lost Camel Knight and gained Camel Squire, Sturgia is dominating, the brother is an escapee from horny jail, and Bannerlord is up to that point where the challenge is finishing the campaign because things are easy, do I have that correctly?
I would say grab some diplomacy mods, or maybe even just the basic RBM and disable all the stat changes so the AI at battles at least is a little less braindead, though the full mod should be compatible in a running save and with some armor mods, like the one you're using which I assume is Swadian Armoury.
Now having said all that, if this is the style of your content, whenever you decide Bannerlord is over I'll still be around because it's so satisfying, it's not terribly complex that I have to pay 100% attention to it but it is still very interesting, and the music selection is just brilliant, plus the "Storytelling but kinda not" is very enjoyable too.

Your videos inspired me to go back to playing bannerlord again. Im playing as Grunwalder, and the objective is to establish the Rhodok kingdom, i even named my clan Dey Rhodok and picked Vlandian as the starting culture, and for the troops? Hired spears and their tiers only, as it's the closest to an rhodok troop tree you can get without the use of mods. Without cavalry, nor bows, it makes for quite a challenge.
