Are you using a mod to increase the xp for companions? Grinding hideouts it's taking too much time to level them. Good for increase skills but very bad to increase lvl.
Not really, However I have a mod where you can train your men and level them up (not companions)

@@FakiuChairoI personally use character manager to give them attributes and focus based on their specialization and let them level up skills naturally after that. They still need to train but I dont need to grind levels for them
