A friend of mine that used to put these on his father’s sprint car tyres.
He had his some 3”x3” and 5”-5” square sandbags made so he could sit them on top of each letter or he could lay them side by side if he was putting on a design in between the letters.
It made it look like he could do each tyre pretty quick after he had the surface prepared for the stickers

Do you know if the OEM wheels for 2002 to 2008 fit a 2009 Ram?

I would say so, the steelies on my 17 were actually oem spare wheels from an 08.
