These events surely represent the future of running as a spectator sport? Miles better than anything else out there and really turns it into an event. If running is to appeal to the next generation of sports fans, events need to be more like this one!

Paul slowly inching his way toward the marathon distance. His efficient style is gonna pay-off big time as he adjusts his training to the longer distances 👍🏾

Remember... he ran in the decathlon brand! I do wish he joined saucony instead of kiprun. But he told me they are working on new shoes, so I think that was "that shoe"! ) CHEERS!🍻

Ben (or any other viewers), I recall you mentioning having frequent shin splints, have you had tendinitis in the muscle on the outside of your shin? It causes a ball at the top, outside of the shin bone that is extremely painful to the touch and pain when flexing the foot upwards. I was recently diagnosed with this and wondered if any of you runners have had this issue and what your recovery time and process was. Anything helps! Also, I set a 10k PB this Saturday as my last race before being diagnosed with this injury.

Ben, I’m sorry, but the nail painting and shoe match was a huge mistake that ignored the basic scientific principle of “red ones go faster.” Boston Marathon? You had reddish/orange shoes, right? You crushed your PB. For this 3k? Blue and green, and you fell short. Painting your nails red and orange and wearing matching shoes would have improved your time by 3 or 4 seconds per kilometre. Growing your hair out slightly and dyeing it to match would have given you another 1 or 2 seconds. Follow the science!
