I had no idea he recorded this. It's fabulous just like everything else he does. Wish I could get this on a cd for my Michael collection. This is just perfection from the greatest superstar ever. Love him.
Michael is a never ending source of wonder and amazing talent. I truly love this song and and I believe Michael evenheard the sound of the bluebird's wings. He is always such a part of his songs. .Great photos too.
All the beautiful souled men are in their 50’s-70’s.....I wonder what We have left to look forward to, when it seems all the best men are about to leave the earth. Since I was a child, I always worried-who would be left to look up to, wen all the OLD generation has gone & all that’s left is what’s been forgotten.... A good hearted man A vulnerable man A Strong but kind gentle man An honest hearted man A faithful man A reliable man Now it’s just SPEED SPEED SPEED FAST PACED, money & volume & Sex Orientated, the ways of purity in the heart are not valued or treasured anymore..... I was right to worry as a child.
I had heard years ago that this song was only on a foreign-released version of one of Michael's old albums. I had looked for it online years ago, and this is the first time I've found it!
Michael this is the perfect song for my my father who just passed away. Your voice makes me feel that he is happy .you have a gift .you are truely special person .love anna from malta .keep safe
JENNA GREENAWALT how old are you? (I’m 40). I’ve only just heard his voice for the 1st time today & I’ve just been crying 😭 & crying...(something I’ve avoided for a month-the crying I mean).
Does anyone know what CD this song was on? I read years ago, I think on a fan site, that this was a bonus track on the Canadian release of 'The Phantom Unmasked' (the first expanded and retitled version of the 'With Love' album that had both 'Being Alive' and 'The Music of the Night'). But now that I've listened to it, the production sounds closer to that of 'Songs from the Stage and Screen' than 'With Love/The Phantom Unmasked.' I can't find any information, though, about the production and possible bonus tracks for either album. Anybody have any ideas?
My guess was that he wasn't that well known (especially to Americans) when the Muppet Show was on air. I think the show ended before Phantom even came out.
Ah, Micheal! What a voice! Gives me chills! So calm and relaxing. And POTO! Makes your heart pound! Bless you!

He seems like such an emotional, handsome man with such a beautiful voice.

@@lionessprincessbear2174 hi
Lovely pictures, well-done video. I especially enjoyed seeing him as the Wizard being licked by "Toto"

I'm so attached to his character Frank Spencer, he is my dream man. Hearing this I can't help but feel very emotional thank you.
gotta love this beautiful retention!
Love Michael so much

I love his voice 💕 wonderful artist and human
Absolutely amazing. I would much rather listen to this man sing than One Direction or Justin Bieber like most other girls my age do.
Same here. =D
How old are you then?

Love the pic at 2:15 - it shows the intensity and drive as well as the warmth.
*internally screaming at Michael's Phantom bowing*
How’d you get that small bold print???
Lioness Princess Bear No idea, given that it was two years ago, lol.
Lovely!
Yes.
I want this song on CD!
I shared it on facebook :-)
It's been a while since I heard his "Rainbow." Thanks, 575goofy, for making his music available.
Good job, 575goofy! I like his version of this song! I believe it was recorded in early 90?
I love it and put me to sleep in my dreams tonight don't you agree
0:45. Please tell me that is Michael as Phantom. Where was it??
Any idea what the instrumental tracks were? Here I had thought I owned everyone one of MC's songs...guess not. lol

Why wasn't he on the muppet show

He should’ve totally been on the muppet show. They even parodied Phantom in one episode.
