The breathing exercise by Dr Joe Dispenza is amazing to release negativity. I did not do it with intensity before as I found it to be uncomfortable but when I started to really give it my all, I could feel something was changing. It is not a quick fix, I had to do it for over a month but it really does something to pent up emotions. One day I was crying afterwards for 30mins, no sadness, no repressed memory came up but I felt that I let something destructive go and I felt so much more at peace. I highly recommend it for people who can't pinpoint what their problem is.

I admit listening to myself make all the symptoms go away. But it was not easy it took me two years to heal. My parents was Narcissist then many Narcissist after Narcissist that lead to my mental breakdown. The collection part is also a lot of work. I start by watching a very nice group relationship on a show. I feel the warmth in my heart because I have never experienced that kind of things my entire life. Then learn how to talk to myself through watching beloved mother on TH-cam talk to her kid. I play and think of Lord Buddha within me. Meditation is something I have tried like all the time.. Now I feel real peaceful inside me.
