I am over fifty, and I would say the average Dutch velonaut is 50+. Would be interesting to do a survey on the average age, I saw a TV item a few days ago about a Mooi Twente recumbent ride. I would say…60+😂

1) my back pain largely stopped when I started biking on a recumbent. The recumbent gave me pleasure in biking. A year later I was biking in my own alleweder A1 #5. Unfortunately I replaced it with a quest. So anyone near me can collect the A1#5. Flat tire warning!
Add to that: starting with my quest and my own "laptop", people could call me with issues while I was biking. I would answer with my bluetooth headset. And if there was an issue, I would park my bike at the side of the road and then fetch the laptop and start typing without needing to get out. Try that with a car on a highway...
Bravo Hannah for this hilarious and refreshing video ! You father can be proud and should definitely allow you a percentage on the futur company sales with such a good advertisment !

Nou jan je kan met pensioen! ik zie dat je dochter je TH-cam kanaal met gemak kan overnemen. En ze heeft er een leuk filmpje van gemaakt. En ze heeft helemaal gelijk dat je met een velomobiel je beroemd kan voelen.

When you buy a Rolls Royce, the seller and the costumer drive behind a Rolls Royce , another guy drives the rolls royce so the costumer can see how much people look around when they see the rolls royce......its a question of the desire to show....but this is very complicated , because diffrent people have a diffrent value perciptions....many of our value perciptions are made by the society where were born. Diffrent cultures have diffrent value percitions....some of this value perciptions are in many cultures , if you can play a musik-instrument very well in all cultures all people will accept you. so the same in Sport if you can run very fast, in all cultures you will be a very intressant person ! The problem in a Velomobile or recumbent is there are no models in society, for "normal" cycling it is cycling-races Tour de France etc....but as a recumbent biker or a velomobilist people dont know something about it, some people fall down in their behavior to stone-age ...they laugh , some are angry ( so like they see a black man for the first time in their live.)
here in the USA you are also a star when you ride velomobile. People here will film you as they drive by, or stop in the road to vlog about the crazy looking car bicycle thing. I am pretty famous where I live because people think the velomobile is so cool.
