I use diesel to clean the chain sludge and then pressure wash it to remove all the sludge..After the chain dries, i lubricate it with Castrol scooter gear oil.. Everything is fine 👌
Need video on NS200 possible modifications as you know New Ns200 and 400 has been launched. Like can we install engine mud guard of 400 to N200 , new mirrors, slipper clutch , LED headlights etc
I watch every video made by you. I'm subscribed your channel from a year but till now i watched your all video even older also. And you're doing great sir for our ns user's. Although i have ns125 but i get all tips by watching your videos.
I use diesel for cleaning and Bosch gear 90 oil for lubing. It is dirt cheap and makes it super smooth. Only issue is when riding hard, the oil will splash to engine, then burns there.
I personally use Motorex Adventure chain lube. I would strongly suggest this chain lube for people doing more highway runs, touring, and off-road adventures. The lubrication sticks to the chain very well and will retain for a long time. Yes, the price of the lube is on the higher side, but it's worth every penny.
Bro is PPF worth and safe for Bike or just a buzz created to sell PP? , plz explain in ur upcoming video. Btw thanks❤ for all your informative videos & shorts it's really helpful I have 2023 ns 200.
Love your content though, I own a BS6 ns200 too, its impossible to keep the inner areas of the gear shifter side clean because of the dirt that the chain carries.
How often should we clean the chain ? Because 1 ride in the rain and the bike looks like it's been through a lot. So if I just did all of the above and the next day I ride in the rain, should I clean the chain all over again or maybe after 200-300kms ? Thank you!
Chain cleaning and lubing has to be done ideally every 500kms Washing, polishing and waxing can be done once every month or as required depending on riding conditions and weather.
1. Disconnect the negative terminal of your battery as it prevents battery from discharging over the time so you can start your bike after two months or so. 2. Put 3-4 drops of engine oil into the cylinder by removing the spark plug. 3. Cover your bike with bike cover and park in a shady and dry place. 4. If possible remover all the fuel from the tank as ethanol content in the fuel may get separated into water which can cause water logging in engine.

Hello, I see that the levers are black now. Aren't they the same rtr silver ones that you've installed earlier? If you've painted can you guide to how to do that? Thank you
@@ARKIONX I couldn’t find them here at tvs. They were saying black ones are in ronin. Can you please mention the part numbers for brake and clutch if possible
Sorry for bothering, I can see that these are available in tvs online store. Now can the levers be directly fitted on to the stock NS brake and clutch assembly?
This is one of the common problems with almost all motorcycle. This happens because of Moisture on the ignition coil / spark plug socket and its areas. Sry these placed and it should solve the problem.
@@ARKIONX Thank you. I own a pulsar F250 which brand spark plug would be good? And please suggest a good engine last I have replaced Motul 20w-50 synthetic oil but still I feel vibrations.

Have you faced any problem with that handlebar. somebody said it isn't great for handling and all that
Why you removed dominar top carrier which you installed previously?
8:10 Why you only applied lube on the top side of the chain? Since it is a paste, I think you should apply from bottom side as well

It’s not painted, you can buy the black levers from TVS itself.

can i use ppf?
What's the time interval for cleaning the chain ?
Ideally it’s every 500kms
@@ARKIONX but I have heard there are some chain lubes which can go for more longer distances, what's with that ?
500kms is idle conditions, you might have to lube early or late depending on various factors like type of lube, riding conditions, climate etc
But in Bajaj service centre they say to clean and lube chain in 300 kms interval

Try getting it offline and it’s almost the same cost as the spray lube
