      I change this volume setting for wet ground and in trash or if I am hunting for masked targets. I will change this setting if I am in iron too.

    I believe that between you and calabash and sharpshooter that this version 1.0 will get sorted out.

    The deus 2 is a completely different machine now. I got to relearn the entire thing all over again

      EXACTLY!! If you want performance...you must learn how to harness that performance. Many people just give up...not even giving this software a chance. It is TONAL!!!!

    new software will always have issues unless you’re extremely lucky. It will get worked out the deus 2 seems way to complicated for me but I love how lite it looks and I know it has some major power. Went with the xterra pro liked it so much I got the nox 900. Thanks again for your videos take care

    Hello, could you say what is a tone cut. Volume and HRZ that you have in each tone in full tones version 2.0 please

    I have never NOTCHED ... Ever 🤐

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Silent notching with coin programs creates crackling and clipped tones making it very hard to pinpoint in the trash. Silent notching also blinds over coins on their edge and partially masked targets.

    I tried lowering tone bins , but anything less than 8 i couldnt hear with the rc, so i just keep everything at 10

    Got a question that I have not seen the answer to. I see a lot of ppl, to include XP, set up Disc below 10. If small gold jewelry tones at 35ish, why not set Disc at 32/33?...seems "desirables" are all above 32/33. So why 10 and below so much?

      You are talking about the iron/foil GREY AREA!! The Tid's from 10-31 is the range nobody talks about. This range from ~10-31 is the thin foil, wet soil, coke range. Why keep this range open and audible? The small gold jewelry that is odd shaped or small low conductive bronze coins on edge and deep deep silver in hot ground will slide through that range on the way to iron. Targets on edge( even coins) will slide through that range too. Having that range open gives more tonal nuance to deep targets so if you hit that target going down the barrel...you will at least get a return even though it is in that GREY AREA range. If you rotate on those iffy low tones and investigate...dig them up they may be a deep coin on edge. Frequency selection can attenuate or amplify falsing tones on iron or soil if not tuned. Selecting the right reactivity for the right soil and swing speed is crucial. Some sites or wet mineralized soils will not accept lower frequencies if you are going for deep targets. These new tonal volume breaks in full tones will be of great use for these specific "grey areas" in the future. Once the masses start using and applying the volume breaks to FT programs, we will see the true potential of this feature.

    Does Full Tones have an Iron Volume setting and if so how does it effect the smoothness of the tonal range? Also i read a comment on a forum where a user mentioned if he had the discrim at -6.4 the detector behaved better in iron than if it was on 6.8. Have you noticed anything similar?

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It matters which frequency you run and the volume of the negative discrimination. I have a couple videos coming on a test I made in the field with those configurations.

    I use relic mode on the beach, how do I do this without notching? I reqlly like the stability I get with relic at the beach sand, I also usi it in water. I have found many gold rings in the 40s but never found 60s or more.

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  ปีที่แล้ว

      I do not hunt in sand or the beach. I have used relic program and is way too powerful for what I am going for. The relic program works good for you because it is a deep, single tone program with no discrimination values and that is a good configuration for any detector at the beach. Relic may work for deep big targets but may struggle at small low conductive jewelry.

    Não entendo por que faz testes no ar, sendo que os resultados são totalmente diferente em cada tipo de solo. Se pegasse uma porção de cada tipo de solo e colocasse dentro de um recipiente e fizesse os testes eu poderia até entender o seu raciocínio.

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is not an air test...this is demonstrating about the volume setting, how to apply this setting and a warning about this setting. Air depth tests are completely useless if we are hunting in soil. Air tests are good for learning the settings on the detector.

    hi, which setting do you prefer so as not to dig nails? help

    • @PaystreakSuperfreak
      @PaystreakSuperfreak  ปีที่แล้ว

      Each setting will hit on nails . So many factor contribute to digging nails. Faster reactivity, lower audio response, use 9" coil???
