I live in Bakersfield ca at an rv park our electric and come together the rv park has solar but we our electricit is pg&e but it's another billing co. Park billing Co. I would love for someone to look at my bills there ridiculous and I know something is not right by just looking at them I've tried to contact park billing Co impossible and the managers here say they don't know anything I'm frustrated please help
