As an Indian I sure hope the three nations, dissolve into nothing. That entire subcontinent has 10001 sub-nations and sub jaatis underneath. Great lecture Taimur Sirji
To give another perspective on why Pakistan had to separate is that pre-Islamic India managed to survive the Islanic period as a viable entity and was not all converted like Persia. Most of the Indian muslims (including those that became Pakistanis) are converts from Hindus in the centuries gone by for various reasons. Islam may have seemed the more dynamic at that time. But as important ss converting into Islam is the fact that Conversion to Islam is an act of turning your back to your pre- Islamic life as jahiliyat. If that pre-Islamic culture in this case Hindus, falters and fades away, them your conversion away from it was justified. But If that pre-islanic culture recovers and then continues to survive and prosper, that puts a question mark on why you converted? You would have been part of it had you not converted Which is also why india has to be put down and again more pertinentky, Hindus have to be put down and demonised and vilified and mocked and ridiculed. Because contemporary Hindus are the sub-cintinent Muslims ' own pre- Islamic past come alive, which they are pbliged to regard as 'jahiliyat', which they thought was dead. Even your vision of what is shared by Pakistan with India starts with Islami, is Indo- Islamic or Persian. But that is not so. I have never been a Muslim. Yet I am expected to share in Islamic or Indo- Islamic cultural contents. But a Muslim never shares in and doesn't feel any belonging to the "Hindu" heritage though he himself is a Hindu convert. The history of this land did not begin with the arrival of Islam and Persian. You all want an India minus its Hindus.
@@TaimurRahman-English political islam IS a form of colonialism/imperialism with a warmongering cult attached. I know it's hard for you guys to say that in pak but let us make it clear that the thinking people of the rest of the world no longer exclude it from that definition.
