Love it bro tanks looking awesome ! Both gorgeous sharks! Should add a cool annularis angel fish or something since you don’t have corals would make it pop even more! Also what was that supplement you give your eels?
Thanks! I had an Annularis Angel before along with a bunch of other Angels and Tangs and they were too territorial causing the eels to be stressed out and stopped eating so I had to get rid of them. I could try it again now that the rocks are gone and there is so much more swimming space. The supplement that I inject into the stomachs of the feeder fish with a syringe is American Marine Selcon 500 mL a.co/d/c7ZMXkY
Ah I remember the video when you added all of them I don’t remember an annularis. But makes sense I’m surprised the eels would put up with it lol. And Awsome thank you I want to grab that and do what you do I always learn from your videos! Excited to see what’s next
Yo-yo one more question I was debating adding a second eel to my system I was wondeing do you have any tips to loosen aggression? The last thing I want to do is add a new one and have him get ripped up by my big guy
I would select an eel of similar size and preferably one that is already used to be around other eels rather than one who is used to being the only eel in the tank unless it is a very peaceful species like zebra eels.. Before placing the new eel into the tank I would remove your current eel and rearrange your interior so both eels have to get used to the tank at the same time. Make sure the new design allows each eel to have their own den. I would get a few cleaner shrimp to help the eels relax while they are getting cleaned.
Ahh good idea with rearranging the tank! Yeah I got plenty of cleaners and fires they live on my guy. I just don’t know how he’ll react with an eel of similar size I’ll have plenty of space and such also I made a makeshift piping copy of yours and my guy loves it so much
My eel atm is a purple mouth he’s around 3.5/4ftish similar face of the tesselatta and I’m debating on a new eel and trying to figure out one but I want to get one in the similar family maybe a dragon or another fangtooth if possible. I had a big ribbon eel for a while I was holding for a friend while he redid his tank and In the beginning he used to observe and even look like he would want to strike but eventually never even gave it attention he was around 4 ft aswell and I had held him for about 3 months for my buddy

How big is the brown banded bamboo shark cause I’ve been trying to sell mine for 450$ and he’s 19inchs
In the video he was around 30 inches but I think he is closer to 3 feet now. I feed the sharks daily and they grow fast.
yea they do grow really quick like from one day to the other he already grows like half and inch@@fishdiary
If you have to net them again throw a large wet towel over their body and eyes and it will make it easier.
Awesome, thanks for the tip!
