Make ahead recipes are very helpful. I watched this video as I prepped in the early afternoon for tonight's dinner. I find it so much more relaxing to get my prep done early and then leisurely finish the meal later when I am more likely to have less energy. Kevin, thank you so much for your videos. Make ahead menus are a top priority at my stage of life. Before I found your channel (leading up to Christmas 2022) I hadn’t found a channel that is sensitive to my busy family life. If I searched hard enough I might be able to find make ahead menus, but upon browsing your channel (which is now a family affair) I was pleasantly surprised with all the make ahead options. Thank you for your kindness & grace in sharing your time and mouthwatering recipes. Those beet gteens make fabulous rice rolls. It is a Ukranian dish I learned from my mom. After baking the casserole of beet holubsti I pour a mixture of fried onion in sour and sweet cream mixture over the top and bake another 10 min. It is a real treat! Thank you for your great, inspiring videos!

I absolutely LOVE this menu. I'm catering a party for 25 people and this is a wonderful menu for it. A couple of changes -- I think (unless you disagree) that I'll use golden beets instead of red. Also, instead of a full-sized cake, I'm going to use mini-bundt cakes for individual servings. Other than that, this is PERFECTION!!! I can't wait to try the full menu. The crepe chicken roulade looks absolutely healthy and delicious.

Hi Kevin, I have to tell you I baked the oatmeal and blueberry slices the other day and it turned out amazing 🤩 I have taken my attempt at the almond butter cookies out of the oven this very second. I have never used almond butter before and could only find almond spread, I’m guessing it’s the exact same thing. The one I got in the supermarket (Marco whole foods market almond spread) is very dark, your was light. So I hope it taste the same as yours would. The Chicken Roulades look perfect and seriously healthy for dinner at any time. Well done extracting your beautiful chocolate and red wine cake from the pan. It looks heavenly. I bet you secretly added a little heavy cream to your plate as well! I love your cook ahead dishes. So handy. I still have some carrot, orange and ginger soup in the freezer along with some special Afternoon Tea scones with cream in them. I particularly enjoyed your Red Bell Pepper soup. Hi Kevin, I have to tell you I baked the oatmeal and blueberry slices the other day and it turned out amazing 🤩 I have taken my attempt at the almond butter cookies out of the oven this very second.
I have never used almond butter before and could only find almond spread, I’m guessing it’s the exact same thing. The one I got in the supermarket (Marco whole foods market almond spread) is very dark, your was light. So I hope it taste the same as yours would. The Chicken Roulades look perfect and seriously healthy for dinner at any time. Well done extracting your beautiful chocolate and red wine cake from the pan. It looks heavenly. I bet you secretly added a little heavy cream to your plate as well!
I love your cook ahead dishes. So handy. I still have some carrot, orange and ginger soup in the freezer along with some special Afternoon Tea scones with cream in them. I particularly enjoyed your Red Bell Pepper soup. I must make a new batch of that again soon too.
