To my knowledge and personal experience, those negative emotions and anxiety related to writing never disappear. Things get a little better after finishing novels/publishing books, but never go away completely. They are like those job- related illnesses such as housemaid's knee or tennis elbow: part of the package. You have to deal with that, because writing is (also) this. Take me for example: I should write right now instead of be on YT. But I'm here because I had a long day and my novel is a mess and I don't want to work on it and suddenly realize that's garbage. As I said: part of the package.
