  • If you're ever visiting Turkey this pickled drink is a must-try! You can basically customize each glass with whatever pickled fruits and veggies you'd like. I chose pickled cucumber, garlic, green plum, green beans, tomato and beets. All topped off with a special pickle juice brine. Afiyet olsun!

    OMG İzmir has the best pickles in Turkey, I saw on a TV food programme, there is even a special street of only pickle shops..Love pickles, great taste and very healthy especially for the bowels/stomach (as long as it's not too chili hot ;)

    I just made a big batch of vegan kimchi. I got the nappa cabbage and dikon radish from Metro market, i used Aleppo pepper flakes in place of Korean red pepper flakes and taste just like kimchi. I love sharing the kimchi i make with my Turkish neighbors. It's new to them, but they like it.💖

    Bazı şeyleri damla damla tadına bakarsan çok kötü gelebilir. Ama bazı şeyler vardırki kana kana içeceksin dolu dolu içeceksin o zaman bir lezzet patlaması yaşarsın. Misal turşu suyu. Deniz suyu dedin bıraktın haklı olarak. çünki dilinin ucuyla baktın sadece :) şalgam suyunu da bu yüzden sevemiyor bazıları.

    Chelsea "Oha" is rude hahaha, you can say "ooooo" or "vaaaay" instead of oha, but your Turkish is really good

    The women behind you were eating "Midye". You might wanna try it in your next video ! It's also easy to find but I warn you make sure you buy it from a decent seller. It differs a lot depending on who sells the stuffed clam. Enjoy !

    Tursu is our food because we are all village people. Pickle is for people without fridge. Basically it is salty water with vegatables.... i am sure everybidy will say no tursu is healthy bla bla bla....
