Almost everyone of those women are followed by an extremely jealous partner. About 90% of the time these women are just trying to have fun but it almost always leads to the boyfriends/husbands starting a huge fight and making the woman leave with them.

My uncle fell on marble flooring in his home when going up a marble step he fell hit his head rolled around within several feet of the fall location then died from brain bleed. My friend was witnessed as Falling on the street curb hit his head cracked it open & died over a 30min time frame. This was witnessed by many people & friends. Both brought death both were accidents in a familiar fashion to Kat's. I'm not convinced this was murder.

I wonder if the fact that she had low self-steem, as described, prompted her to feel unworthy of a partner as attractive as she was. Another possibility could be that she liked his personality very much and felt that was more important than his appearance. It’s hard to say...
What stands out to me is the fact that her husband was ok with her career choice. 🤔 I just can’t imagine having a long lasting relationship, with this type of arrangement, without jealousy getting in the way. In this case the end was just tragic.

Rejane Oliveira, It's hard to say what attracts people to each other. Maybe he provided some financial security that her job didn't always have. I've heard first hand of jealousy with online fans towards models resulting with them stalking the models if they find out where they live. Men online that spend a lot of money on models often fool themselves into thinking that the model really does care for them. They feel they "own" the model and can get extremely jealous. Some of these men don't have the social skills to find a relationship with a woman in real life. On the other hand, if the police did investigate her online conversations, I think they would have discovered someone that was very jealous of her, or someone she was having a problem with. It's easy to believe that an online fan could be jealous of her, but wanting to kill her sounds unlikely. If I was guilty and I was in his shoes, I would have taken the first plea deal. This is a tough one, hard to know what really happened.

@jeremiah doodle It's also prohibited by evidence codes. The introduction of character isn't relevant. So my prior bad acts (or my good ones) aren't allowed as evidence regarding the specific crime before the court. Evidence of my previous 3 rape convictions (hypothetically) can't be introduced to show I am more likely to have committed rape/murder in the case currently at issue. Prior bad acts can be allowed as evidence to impeach me, if I lied when testifying on my own behalf (the impeachment exception is one reason defendants never testify, because it opens them up to cross examination), or when my `signature' in a past crime is unique enough that experts can establish that it identifies me as the perpetrator. However, my prior character (bad or good) can be used during sentancing, and could mean the difference between the lower or upper term being imposed. It's just not relevant as to whether or not I did the specific crime I'm on trial for. He may have always been a great guy and the in laws loved him, but great guys do on occasion kill people.

Her testimony may have been relevant to another issue such as the issue of provocation, or another mitigating factor. If the mother in law had had to break up fights where her daughter physically attacked the guy, or saw her daughter taunting him about his manhood during her continual drunken rampages, that is relevant, (possibly) because it could show self defense or other mitigation, but her opinion on his character (his guilt) would not be allowed as relevant to the issue of whether he committed this crime.

After being married to an abuser for 15 years, I finally got out of there with my remaining kids who still were living at home. I was Single, has my own house, and NOT looking for ANYONE. A really nice guy delivered my refrigerator to my new house. I basically busy moving in, and basically ignored him. Not my best friend. She chatted him up like crazy ( she's very friendly to everyone) and long story short, I ended up marrying the guy a year later. We had 24 great years together. The issue? None with us. However, he WAS 11 years older, a big guy, but not bad looking at all by my friends standards. It was really amusing, though. His former Vietnam buddies would meet me, and immediately turn to him and say " How did you manage to win her over!?" How? Well, he was always a Gentleman, treated me with a super amount of respect, and truthfully? He helped me realize through things he said to me all the time, that I should never settle for anyone treating me as less than, or without dignity. He really loved ME. And I really loved him. For who he was. Which just made him all that more attractive to me. Women were actually making comments to me about how lucky I was that it was so obvious how much he loved me. He had faults, I had faults. But we loved each other more, and were comitted to our marriage, and to each other.
I think Dr. Grands hit the nail on the head ( pun not intended) about this couple. After so much time of supporting her behavior, he may have tired of it. And, he probably didn't intentionally kill her ( if he did kill her). Or, because they were both drunk, things went sideways. I know a lot of supportive Husband's who are truly dedicated to their wives, and families. That exhibitionist behavior would maybe part of what drew him to her in the first place, but I know of NO MAN who would be able to cope with that on a permanent basis. JMO

Thanks Dr. Grande for your interesting analysis of Kat West! Kat must have been very messed up to go to the lengths she did for Only Fans, I don't think it was for the money only though. She may have enjoyed stirring up jealousy with her husband? Her husband put up with her behavior for such a long time, so perhaps he didn't kill her. The strangest thing to me is that he said he went to bed at 10 p.m. and his health app showed activity until 11 p.m. That is the only reason I would think he may have murdered her even if it was in a jealous rage. The neighbor must have been questioned about the figure that was seen pacing up and down the area. Perhaps the figure couldn't be identified or seen well enough.
Living a life like she did could get creepy. Stalkers can track where you live, watch and make their move. Scary!! My heart goes out to the poor daughter, she has to live with the doubt of what happened. Is daddy capable of killing mommy? Now daddy isn't around as well! Sad!

Like at that point it shouldn't matter if you did it or not, if they're saying "we have enough evidence to convict you but we're cool with you doing probation and time served" you fucking take it. Especially in this case, where he definitely at least contributed to it in some way. Like holy moly what was this dude thinking, I can't even imagine getting a literal "get out of jail free" card and just being like "nah I'll take my chances". It's like he's already being given the best case scenario for going to court and winning an acquittal, there's just no fucking reason to go to trial. It's like winning a sweepstakes and they come to your house and they're like, "you can either take this one million dollars now OR you can spin this wheel and win up to one million dollars or if you land on one of the red areas, you go to jail for 13 years"

My take, Hubby was a security guard at a local Christian College, they lived in a pretty nice home/neighborhood. She was making bank, not him. One or more of her "subscribers" were getting extra personal attention. Add alcohol, there you go. However she was known to drink to excess and exhibit unusual behavior, even her parents were concerned and made note of it. So second theory, she fell hit her head while heavily intoxicated. She ventured outside for help made it to the curb ,collapsed and died. Current climate made hubby a suspect and a rush to close a case he got pinned. The real victim in this is their young daughter.

Very sad case. I think marriage is between two people and should remain that way....introducing paying customers on an onlyfans account it becomes crowded very quickly. I agree with the charge as it also could have been an accident.

    Hey Dr. Grande
This might be a bit odd of a request, but a group of friends and I are in a longstanding debate.
Can you give us an analysis of the android David from the film Alien Covenant? Some of us believe him to possess sociopathic tendencies as he has the propensity to be manipulative, a malignant narcissist, etc.

Woman strips in public: Mixed reactions from cheers to disgust
Man strips in public: Pervert. Jail time? Sex offender status?
My opinion: Keep your clothes on in public. When a person exhibits him or herself, be consistent in consequences.

      Yea.
The comparison to Monroe is accurate. Dimaggio was known to smack her around sometimes. I think jealousy played a major part. Sean Penn and Madonna exhibited the same behavior. Note the incident when he tied her to a chai and left her there for a four days.

Dr Grande I always know there will be trouble when you start talking about alcohol. Once upon a time, people had too much to drink and made poor choices. How many plea deals would you turn down? That's a warning. One thing, is that sometimes people say they are okay with something, but they aren't. The tableau seems like it was made by someone who knew her well. It seems like Only Fans might be frustrated incels or stalkers but also that people can take advantage of them . sounds like a bad deal for both parties.
