Join CFHA for a Community Conversation on Early Career Professionals in Integrated Behavioral Health
For many students and early career professionals (ECPs), transitioning to the IBH field can be a drastic shift. In addition to developing a more comprehensive knowledge base, students and ECP’s are required to engage in warm handoffs and work as part of a care team to provide efficient patient-centered care. Join us for the December Community Conversation as we explore the challenges of being a student or ECP in IBH, review tips for working as part of a care team, and examine strategies for creating a lasting career in IBH.
