Join CFHA for this special Community Conversation on Integrated Behavioral Health in the state of Georgia. We have superparticipant Andrea Meyer Stinson from Resilient Georgia helping to lead this conversation.
    Description:
Resilient Georgia strives to create a future where every child and young adult in Georgia will have access to high-quality, integrated behavioral health services and support, empowered by a statewide network of trauma-informed organizations working together to prevent and heal childhood adversity. We are working to build and strengthen innovative private/public partnerships, improve behavioral health in Georgia, and make Georgia a trauma-informed state for all children and families. A primary strategic aim for Resilient Georgia is advancing the mental and behavioral health care workforce in Georgia through recruitment, retention, education, and development initiatives.
Resilient Georgia is partnering with CFHA to host a Community Conversation about the state of integrated behavioral health (IBH) in Georgia. In this listening session, we plan to engage those passionate about IBH across the state and learn more about the current challenges and opportunities that exist. We hope that the Community Conversation can be the first step in a larger effort towards strengthening IBH in Georgia.
