I’ve seen this beat up in person and was a year old, he lent it out, in that year, he smashed his wife’s metal table and crashed into a tree, bent a shock, still worked fine, still has not replaced any parts. So ya, I ordered one. Lol

I’ve been saving up to get a Felony for speed. Then I remembered how much I enjoyed the speed and bashing of my Traxxas ultimate slash (which I still have) and ordered my Mojave today. Thanks for making me even more excited for my new “Big Basher”. I love a RC I can play with ANYWHERE.
Ours has taken some savage abuse, we’ve had to upgrade a chassis and the front hubs across two of the beasts arrma destroyed the market with this release🤯

Thanks Ed!👊Yeah I showed the body mount mod but ended up editing it out accidentally. I just used hard styrofoam. Cut out a block to fit snug and wrapped it with Gorilla tape. Then fit it in. Make sure it's not not too thick where its bows the mount. A couple zip ties to hold her in. I used a piece of pool noodle under that to act as suspension. Definitely held mine together despite all the rolls and hard landings!👌
Brother massive thank you, I’ve destroyed 3 rims on my Mojave. Problem solved now, I was stumped as to what was causing it. You should see the tire marks on ashphalt it leaves with a leopard 4092 1730kv on 20t w/max 6 esc. 👊😂
Its definitely helping!👊At least the rims aren't scrubbing the hubs!👌I had to re snug the wheelnuts in between packs but that okay. They weren't loose though!😁The red Mojave rims are also a softer plastic than the grey rims..not sure on the greens. Most people with red rims were having even more trouble it seems🤔
Just got my hexes in, just found 2 wheels on eBay ordered them. Any tips on keeping the wheel nuts on? I just used orange lock tite on my outcast today, no issues. Lost a lot of tires, shredded new ones, and first run shredded 2 on the Mojave, not too happy lol. Arrma has been impossible to get ahold of. Anyway, any locktite you recommend?

Just ordered a majave , love your bash sessions brotha! Got a few questions if you could help? Looking into running two 3s 6500 100c powerhobby batteries and also possibly powerhobby 6s 6500 100c. I was curious what charger too run ? Money isnt really an issue and id love to charge at 2c if thats even possible? My local hobby stores laughed when i asked them that.. Id like the fastest charge times i can "safely" achieve. Waiting an hour isnt pleasing if thats possible. Any helps and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Just ordered my full m2c beefcake setup! Chassis, braces, towers. Curious what you would recommend on shock weight with the upgraded setup being heavier.. (stock blx185 electronics)
Probably a crazy question..but after that big ol mud run...how would you clean the car? I know a lot of the components are are waterproof...so could i just take a water hose straight to it with no possible consequences?
Yes some mild degreaser, an old toothbrush and spray her down with a water hose. Just make sure not to spray deliberately into the reciever box. I'd also make sure the lipo is unplugged. When finished, dry off and soak entire truck with a silicone based lubricant.🤙
@@RCDUDE81 not bad. It's not super fast but its Torquay . So have to say it's a basher servo. I'm only on 6.0 volts cause my receiver I using but 7.4 gonna be good. But I think u be a good candidate testing it out put thru the abuse. I'm thinking trying on the kraton or Mojave. Typhon no cause u not pulling alot of weight
Honestly I'm running stock in the shocks bc I like the way it handles rough terrain! If you put heavy electronics in it, it may need maybe 650 cst oil and possibly Kraton springs. The diffs, I'm running 30k front, 200k center and stock 10k rear. Seems to be a sweet spot for my style of driving anyway! The Mojave is such a beast!!😎👊
That should be a good setup for bashing! It may not handle as good though with the 500k center but will have better air control if you jump it.👌Maybe a mix to bring it around 300..🤔But totally up to you! Try 500 and if it's too squirrely or you dont like the handling, scoop some out and thin it with the 30.

I like the videos you put out a question if I may I have replaced a couple of the servos in both my v3 and v4 kraton as well as v3 outcast I have put in a Traxxas 400 in all 3 while it is a good servo your talking $90 a piece is there a servo you would recommend that doesn’t take such a big bite out of the wallet thank you in advance
Hard to say! I love them all and they all serve a certain purpose.👌The Mojave is probably the toughest out of the box. A great basher but not much of a big air truck. It has really soft suspension and is great in rougher terrain! My favorite is the Talion just bc of the speed and handling. The Kraton is the best of all worlds basher imo. Lots of upgrades available for all models so it's all up to your driving style and what you want out of the truck!😎👊
I just recently bought the version 2 of the hex extenders, but it come with 2 wheel nuts and the wheel hex itself is a lot longer then the one in this video. Did they send a spare wheel nut for each wheel hex to me? Or are you suppose to keep one on and mount the tire on that so it goes out further and then tighten the other one on the outside of the tire? Sound like it might be dumb question but I they have changed since this video and when I put the the wheel on the wheel hex itself like I would usually do, the post end of the wheel hex sticks out pretty far. Like I could put 2 wheel nuts on the outside to cover it up.
Yes there is a new version of the hex. You have the new one! I have a set but haven't had time to make the vid. It comes with 2 wheel nuts to ensure the first never backs off. There was a big problem with the wheel nuts backing off on the stock one. Yours is +2mm to keep it off the hub then 2 wheelnuts to make sure it never backs off.😎👊
No I'm running a PowerHD 23kg. Great basher budget servo.👌As far as upgrades, this Mojave is all M2C beefcake. The towers are now out for it too!💪I need to do an upgrade vid for sure!

It definitely has parachuting effects if wind catches it just right!😜She does jump nice if not going into the wind or get too vertical! Awesome truck though for ground shredding!💪💪I may have plans for 8s eventually in the EXB Mojave!
@@RCDUDE81 I have bought a used Slash, bought the TRX shafts for it and now found out the XO-1 shafts ate the strongest. Bought a Max10 SCT Combo and a 3670 motor. With all the parts I am looking for the Slash would cost me as much as the EXB and still cant fly very good. So I think I put the motor ans ESC in my Rock Rey Roller and gor for a Mojave or SBR 2.0. Did you bash the SBR too? Gan it take a little abuse at least?

I’ve been saving up to get a Felony for speed. Then I remembered how much I enjoyed the speed and bashing of my Traxxas ultimate slash (which I still have) and ordered my Mojave today. Thanks for making me even more excited for my new “Big Basher”. I love a RC I can play with ANYWHERE.
Ours has taken some savage abuse, we’ve had to upgrade a chassis and the front hubs across two of the beasts arrma destroyed the market with this release🤯
Just read the hand held controller is a real problem...otherwise I'm sold on this!!

Thanks Ed!👊Yeah I showed the body mount mod but ended up editing it out accidentally. I just used hard styrofoam. Cut out a block to fit snug and wrapped it with Gorilla tape. Then fit it in. Make sure it's not not too thick where its bows the mount. A couple zip ties to hold her in. I used a piece of pool noodle under that to act as suspension. Definitely held mine together despite all the rolls and hard landings!👌
Brother massive thank you, I’ve destroyed 3 rims on my Mojave. Problem solved now, I was stumped as to what was causing it.
You should see the tire marks on ashphalt it leaves with a leopard 4092 1730kv on 20t w/max 6 esc. 👊😂
Its definitely helping!👊At least the rims aren't scrubbing the hubs!👌I had to re snug the wheelnuts in between packs but that okay. They weren't loose though!😁The red Mojave rims are also a softer plastic than the grey rims..not sure on the greens. Most people with red rims were having even more trouble it seems🤔

Just got my hexes in, just found 2 wheels on eBay ordered them. Any tips on keeping the wheel nuts on? I just used orange lock tite on my outcast today, no issues. Lost a lot of tires, shredded new ones, and first run shredded 2 on the Mojave, not too happy lol. Arrma has been impossible to get ahold of. Anyway, any locktite you recommend?

Looking into running two 3s 6500 100c powerhobby batteries and also possibly powerhobby 6s 6500 100c. I was curious what charger too run ?
Money isnt really an issue and id love to charge at 2c if thats even possible? My local hobby stores laughed when i asked them that..
Id like the fastest charge times i can "safely" achieve.
Waiting an hour isnt pleasing if thats possible. Any helps and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!! With stock electronics I run the stock shock setup. She runs so good that way imo! My EXB with heavier electronics I run thicker oil.

Probably a crazy question..but after that big ol mud run...how would you clean the car? I know a lot of the components are are waterproof...so could i just take a water hose straight to it with no possible consequences?
Yes some mild degreaser, an old toothbrush and spray her down with a water hose. Just make sure not to spray deliberately into the reciever box. I'd also make sure the lipo is unplugged. When finished, dry off and soak entire truck with a silicone based lubricant.🤙

But I think u be a good candidate testing it out put thru the abuse. I'm thinking trying on the kraton or Mojave. Typhon no cause u not pulling alot of weight

Honestly I'm running stock in the shocks bc I like the way it handles rough terrain! If you put heavy electronics in it, it may need maybe 650 cst oil and possibly Kraton springs. The diffs, I'm running 30k front, 200k center and stock 10k rear. Seems to be a sweet spot for my style of driving anyway! The Mojave is such a beast!!😎👊

That should be a good setup for bashing! It may not handle as good though with the 500k center but will have better air control if you jump it.👌Maybe a mix to bring it around 300..🤔But totally up to you! Try 500 and if it's too squirrely or you dont like the handling, scoop some out and thin it with the 30.

I like the videos you put out a question if I may I have replaced a couple of the servos in both my v3 and v4 kraton as well as v3 outcast I have put in a Traxxas 400 in all 3 while it is a good servo your talking $90 a piece is there a servo you would recommend that doesn’t take such a big bite out of the wallet thank you in advance

Hard to say! I love them all and they all serve a certain purpose.👌The Mojave is probably the toughest out of the box. A great basher but not much of a big air truck. It has really soft suspension and is great in rougher terrain! My favorite is the Talion just bc of the speed and handling. The Kraton is the best of all worlds basher imo. Lots of upgrades available for all models so it's all up to your driving style and what you want out of the truck!😎👊

I just recently bought the version 2 of the hex extenders, but it come with 2 wheel nuts and the wheel hex itself is a lot longer then the one in this video. Did they send a spare wheel nut for each wheel hex to me? Or are you suppose to keep one on and mount the tire on that so it goes out further and then tighten the other one on the outside of the tire? Sound like it might be dumb question but I they have changed since this video and when I put the the wheel on the wheel hex itself like I would usually do, the post end of the wheel hex sticks out pretty far. Like I could put 2 wheel nuts on the outside to cover it up.
Yes there is a new version of the hex. You have the new one! I have a set but haven't had time to make the vid. It comes with 2 wheel nuts to ensure the first never backs off. There was a big problem with the wheel nuts backing off on the stock one. Yours is +2mm to keep it off the hub then 2 wheelnuts to make sure it never backs off.😎👊

No I'm running a PowerHD 23kg. Great basher budget servo.👌As far as upgrades, this Mojave is all M2C beefcake. The towers are now out for it too!💪I need to do an upgrade vid for sure!

It definitely has parachuting effects if wind catches it just right!😜She does jump nice if not going into the wind or get too vertical! Awesome truck though for ground shredding!💪💪I may have plans for 8s eventually in the EXB Mojave!
@@RCDUDE81 I have bought a used Slash, bought the TRX shafts for it and now found out the XO-1 shafts ate the strongest. Bought a Max10 SCT Combo and a 3670 motor. With all the parts I am looking for the Slash would cost me as much as the EXB and still cant fly very good. So I think I put the motor ans ESC in my Rock Rey Roller and gor for a Mojave or SBR 2.0. Did you bash the SBR too? Gan it take a little abuse at least?
Also, now the Mojave V2 is out...will there a EXB-V2 too?
