This was my one of mothers favourites back in the day. It was by chance that I came across it a few years ago and it immediately became a favourite. When I played it to my mom, she hadn't heard it in 10+ years and the smile on her face from the memories was priceless and we had it on repeat dancing. Still to this day this song continues to create memories.
RIP Paul, you brought much joy to many through your work. You'll be missed and I am grateful for your life.

My brother Jesse and 2 sisters Lin and Mel were always musically inclined. We never had any money so our Mother stole a tambourine for Mel, made Lin a cucaracha and gave Jesse an apple box for Christmas. They went on to become The Shaisers. Both girls could never remember any lyrics...thus...this song.
