If it's stock then I'd just get the standard gap. If ya look online and Google NGK Irridum sparks for the ST250 as long as they are right for the car, they will come pre gapped to the aproximate correct gap. If ya tuned then that's when you find sparks that mention certain gaps. I believe the original pre gap is around 0.030-0.032 but you'd have to Google this. Any company selling NGK Irridium Plugs as long as its for you car will be correct. You can always ring company ask.
