36 year smoker quit 17 months ago and never going back I totally forgot I was a smoker It can be done Good Luck the first week is the worst while you going thru withdrawal
@mrjovik999 Damn. Idk. However it's been 3 months and my God I don't miss smoking. I feel great. It's 100% worth QUITTING AT ALL COSTS. Fuck cigarettes and vaping.
2 months in i started getting sharp pain un my chest area felt dizzy and very fatigued. Went to ER turns out i got bronchitis and pneumonia. After some antibiotic treatment. I started exercising and eating healthy. I still get cravings but im going strong. Now i need to quit drinking alcohol.
My lungs were crackling after about 17 years of smoking. Just quit about 3 weeks ago. The crackling is completely gone at this point, and i can breath easy. I dont know what was happening to my lungs but they seemed to heal pretty quick. Still chewing nic gum. I have so many triggers im planning on always keeping emergency nicotine gum for the rest of my life.
Don't chew nicotine gum not good. Cause u putting nicotine right back into ur body. Take bupropion. I'm taking it. , which helps with ur withdrawal, and helps u lose weight ETC... I'm on 300mg. It's been 5 days of no smoking🎉🎉🎉. We all can do this!!!! Oh yeah, I'm eating peppermint patties helps with withdrawal, and drinking a lot of water helps to flush our body out.
This is a good video, i like the message. One suggestions, please dont show footage of people smoking, im trying to quit and the person smoking looked like they were getting some nice pulls from thst cig haha
I’d say concentration is tricky, I’m on day 11, and much of that has been foggy because of the constant cravings and changes happening in the mind and body.
Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds overnight. I struggled with diets and exercise but they don't work. I went from a slim 135 pounds all the way up to a big fat pot bellied 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300. I got kicked out of the navy and lost my retirement. I developed the problems of obesity, including severe sleep apnea and diabetes. But when women rejected me for being fat, that was it. I went back to 2 packs a day. So far, I've only lost about 20 pounds, because it will probably take me another 2 or 3 years of heavy smoking, to bring my weight back down again. If I have to choose between being a slim smoker or a fat nonsmoker, then I'll take the slim, any day.
Can some one help me or explain to me is this normal....after i quit smoking i experience anxiety panic attack really hard to breathe like i have problem in the heart... respect post tnx for your reply
Completely normal, I got fear first week too, I could not breath well, ir was very Bad but now I got 4 weeks ir goes Better every day. I hope You are better too
I noticed a huge mood change! felt depressed I have health anxiety on top of intrusive thoughts, I was even catastrophizing. I hope this shit goes away soon!
